"I would say replace the tiny trash cans, as they make trash overflow/gross, and it's an easy fix. Do not offer room service every other day. Offer it every day and allow people to use their door signs to decline (as all other hotels do - like the Holiday Inn etc.) Get some mini fridges with freezers. People want to have frozen food - especially when staying more than a day or two. Provide 3 dollar easily available 16 oz waters - we pay almost 300 a night and have to buy water to make our coffee in the morning? Don't charge an extra fee for "parking" or "amenities." Just be upfront with your pricing. The reservation couldn't be cancelled after booking. I get this from a business perspective, but there are other hotels on the beach that had the amenities I was looking for - such as sunshine on my balcony. Other better hotels for the same price or less ON the beach - so maybe lower your prices online. There is mold in the bathroom. I have pictures of that. I also had a huge water leak in my first room - it would have been nice to have help moving to my second room due to that issue, but I did it alone. I'm thinking you don't have enough staff to clean rooms. My room was not cleaned once during my 5 day stay. I had to reach out to get more coffee etc., but the room was never cleaned. I had sand on the floors and trash overflowing in the hallway the whole time I was there. I could go on, but those are the main things. "
