Welcome to this custom modern home inside the gated community of The Arbors in South Mountain. This spacious 2950 square foot home features 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 bath and a beautiful open concept living room. The home has 10ft ceilings throughout and has been customized with handpicked wallpaper, flooring, & other special touches. You'll love the custom backyard that comes with a large 7 person 120-jet hot tub, built-in gas grill and outdoor living room set and dining table as well as surround sound.

This home has its own private entrance but also has a separate entrance to an occupied Guest Suite. You'll have access to the main home excluding that Guest Suite. There will be plenty of space to park 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 additional vehicles on the left side of the driveway. Please leave the right side of the driveway clear for the guest suite unit. A Tesla Wall Charger is also available inside the 2-car garage.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
