We were on the freeway side and as a result it was extremely loud all night and did not sleep. We told lady at desk and she went out of her way to watch for and get another room for the next two nights on the opposite side of the building. She was very friendly and helpful. Second and third nights were great. The only other disappointment was not having free breakfast and what was available was very expensive and over priced.

Bianca is AMAZINGGGG !! Truly so empathetic and accommodating, very tentative to her guests! Cleanliness is always a 10, staff is very highly appreciated and recommended. The front desk staff welcomed me with a smile. She was great to work with. The room was very clean. I have been staying in a lot of hotels and these were some of the better beds. When i was checking out the staff was great on checking me out. I would stay there again.

The stay was ok. If i was witg my family i would have rated it less. The customer service was awesome but the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The extra blanket was full of long brown hair and same with the sofa. You can tell that the towels in particular the hand towels were used. The floor was vacuumed because there was dog food from the previous guest. I don't think I'll be back.
