Staff friendly. Very clean, close to freeways and shopping. Great food!

Hotel was a great experience and close to westgate

Very comfortable hotel. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good service.

Very updated. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. One concern... I came back to my room and the safety latch was flipped and my door was resting open against it. A maid's cart was about halfway down the hallway, but no maid in sight. My room was directly across from a stairwell that had the door propped open as well. I didn't appreciate my room (with my belongings in it) being left not only unlocked, but propped open for anyone to enter, take my personal items, and disappear down the stairwell. I meant to mention this at the front desk when I checked out, but was running late for a flight.

Very attractive hotel with an inviting layout. We loved the room and the comfortable bedding. Though there wasn't the typical complimentary breakfast the trade off was worth it. Very much enjoyed the stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Good hotel for the money. Location was great.

My go to hotel for concerts at Ak-Chin. Clean, safe, moderns, comfortable, reasonably priced, and close to the pavilion. Free breakfast would be nice.

FRIENDLY PEOPLE, CLEAN ROOMS, GOOD LOCATION FOR UNIV. STADIUM.

Booked the hotel for a concert at Ak-Chin. It is perfectly located for this and there are taxis that come by every 15 minutes to take you. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, none of which really affected us since we were there for a quick stay.

Perfect stay although construction remodeling. Need berter parking access during construction. Limited parking due to equipment and supply storage.

We aren't used to the heat. Our room stayed nice and cool. Nice decor and comfy bed. The cafe, bar and mini market were very convenient to get mid night ice cream snack. We'll stay here again.

We were here for spring training and the hotel was close and convenient. Only thing was on the first day when we tried checking in, around 4, the rooms were not cleaned yet so we had to wait a few minutes. Not a big deal though. The room was nice and perfect for what we needed.

Hotel was easy to find and was close to the race track. Parking was ample. Except for the construction around the hotel, traffic was horrible, it was great.

I paid for 4 nights for 2 rooms, upgrade for $20 for complementary breakfast, confirmed with internet hotel service orb, hotel did not honor. Cut my stay 2 days to stay at a better hotel.

great accomodations and friendly staff. This is my place of choice to stay when i am in Phoenix 3-4 times a year

Loved the decor of the rooms, very quiet rooms even though the hotel was quite full of guests there for a festival event close by. Would have liked to have had a microwave in the room since this was a suite, my oversigte when booking the room. Will consider using this hotel again when in the area.

It was in a very convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Great workout room.

Nice rooms, pool, patio, and fitness center. Small bar and restaurant in the lobby. Deceptive unmarked entrance on McDowell and no entrance on service road for Hwy 101, but I got used to it. Parking in front not always available and entrance from back parking was confusing, as you had to go through the patio and not the door right in front of you.

We were looking for a central location to visit family and this fit the bill. When we return, we will consider staying here! The only problem, (minor one) is that locating it on GPS is not quite correct... But since we knew our way around, we found it.
