The property was nice and the front desk staff was excellent. The only issue was the bumper to bumper traffic we had to deal with when trying to leave or get to the hotel.

The pool was so green we could never use it and at one point it was closed for more than a day. That was one of the amenities I purposely looked for. I asked for the manger thinking we should receive some kind of reimbursement and was told I would receive a call back but never did. I would still like some type of reimbursement as my kids were never able to go swimming on our four days at this hotel! Also, it was EXTREMELY loud d/t the highway location.

The front desk personnel (Taylor) was not only professional in every sense but also kind and attentive, PROPER customer service!!!

There’s a serious security and safety breach at this hotel . Someone broke into my assigned room & upon check in , i found out the man hiding in my room was paying for sex from the lady across the hall who has been staying here for about a month .

If you are a light to moderate sleeper, do no stay at this property, or request a room that faces the front parking lot. What the profile picture of this property does not show is that directly behind the hotel is the on-ramp to a major highway. The hum of the highway itself isn't too bad, but the car, trucks and motorcycles accelerating up the on-ramp at all hours of the night made it sound like there was drag-racing outside of our window constantly (apparently, the residents of the area REALLY like their souped-up loud engines.) I have never slept so poorly in many years of travel, and that includes travel to many other loud, major cities like NY, Chicago, LA, Washington DC, etc. Marriott could improve this situation by updating the windows and insulation, but clearly have not made the effort to do so. Our room also did not have working wi-fi for 3 out 6 six nights of our stay, and the refrigerator and iron did not work. The management did address and correct these problems, but it would have been nice to have had it right from the get-go. The staff was friendly and polite.

Poorly insulated walls made for a terrible night's sleep. Even with the fan on, I could hear loud traffic noise. Also, there was hair and sand in the bed. No free breakfast. Would never stay here again.

Clean, comfortable. Must like highway traffic sound.

The place was great in a lot of ways. Glad that we stayed there.

Property near Freeway and you could really hear the noise.

Outdated property. Front desk staff was not there at checkin had to walk around to find them. Upon checkout the front desk receptionist was not there also. Called for room service and no one answered phone. Rooms are outdated. Tv is old and small awkwardly positioned. No USB charge ports. Needs a renovation and updated appliances.

Right next to the freeway. Got woke up several times from loud cars getting on the freeway. They seem to think they need to floor it. Other than that nice place.

The complementary water, the breakfast and property.

Beautiful courtyard, large pool, very nice hot tub, only negative is no complimentary breakfast. They do have a starbucks. 6 miles from the stadium. I would stay again.
