Great hotel value. Easily as comfortable as hotels twice the price. Good location. Staff is very helpful. Nice pool. Breakfast was food. No complaints!

Room was low average being outdated. Carpet was dirty and worn. Shuttle service was horrible.

Overall, we got what we paid for. The pool was great, the rooms felt kind of icky. Comforters had black marks and a significant amount of hair on them. Breakfast was great.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It reminded me of traveling in the 80's and the hotels we used to stay at during basketball season in High School. The room was great and clean and had amazing water pressure. I would stay here again.

I had a great experience. friendly staff and great breakfast.

2-night stay. Great breakfasts. Close to hiking trails. Easy freeway access and only 10 minutes to ASU. I would give it 5*, but the WiFi connection was terrible.

Just stayed overnight. They moved us to a handicapped room which helped.

Easy quiet comfortable ten minutes from concert venue

The overall hotel was older which wasn't a problem. The lobby seemed clean and they offered free breakfast and a happy hour manager special but the room, at least our room was pretty run down. You can tell there were some updates with a new headboard, mirror, furniture were new but it still functioned as an older room. Our bed had visible stains on the comforter from lip stick marks to some other discolored spots and our room had a certain smell that were probably from spills set into the older carpet. The noise level is high, so don't expect a quiet night of rest, you can hear the doors, luggage rolling, people walking, etc. If you need a place that is down and dirty, then this is it.

Decent hotel for the price. Good location. Clean rooms.

Room very old and dirty, headboard had sticky substance and bedsheets smelled awful.

Everything was very nice and if we had a question it was answered immediately.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Offers free airport shuttle. Walked to good sushi meal across the street. Great deal for the money.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool area. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. It was easy to find and close to main traffic patterns.

Great hotel for the money! Clean/comfortable room... as long as air-con works! Airport pickup: great perk but upon requesting pickup, front desk clerk (Orelicia, I believe is her name??) was extremely rude & put me in my place! She thought she was being effective by interjecting every word after we miscommunicated of my locale. Perhaps, some sensitivity training should be administered. She was awful. It was enough to make me afraid to stay there :-( Shuttle was late but driver was nice & apologetic; driver was very friendly & she more than made up for it! A major plus: checked in early & was given a room promptly! Nice, comfortable room but front door did not close all the way. Air conditioner stopped working (this, during major heat wave) & technician suggested to move rooms. Evening front desk was VERY friendly & switched me to a much better room (wish I could remember her name - SO friendly/kind, unlike the morning clerk). Ample breakfast but area could be cleaner. Asked for minor assistance from food server/staff but were very disaffected & acted as if they wanted nothing to do with me. Somewhat messy and tables were sometimes not wiped down but the selections to eat MORE than made up for it! Shuttle back to airport was one of the most pleasant I've ever had. Kudos to shuttle driver, who pointed out fun off-the-beaten-path things to do in Phoenix on my next stay. I truly loved my conversation with her! Overall, more pluses than minuses so I would stay here again.

I was pleased with my overall stay. The room was nice and the bed (king size) had a firm mattress, which I like. The location is very good. It's close to the freeway (I-10) and close to a couple of sports bars. The breakfast was ok and the pool was nice. I was quite unhappy with the fact that you allowed trucks and campers to park in lot. they took up anywhere from 6 to 14 spots. I couldn't find a single spot to park my car. I had to park on the street across from the bank. this just is not right.

It was OK. The bed was soft and the pillows were too. But the hotel was dirty and run down even though they said it was redone. Good breakfast though.
