They seemed a little understaffed in the restaurant and the outside fire pits and heaters where a mess and they could only get 1 working consistently. It looked like they had not been serviced for a while. The one staff member did eventually put new propane in the tower heaters but could only get 1 to work. Stuff should work properly in a place of this caliber. The staff was all great and very pleasant.
The decor was interesting. Parts of the hotel seemed dark and a little depressing. The bathroom was very nice. And the staff was very nice.

Efficient and quick check in! Everyone has been super nice and articulate about the costs of the hotel. Yes, it’s valet to park but depending on where you’re coming from and time of day you won’t mind...Chicago cost me $72 to value so yeah $35 isn’t a deal breaker for me. The hotel is seemingly a little old but doesn’t smell stagnant. They’ve done a great job of refreshing it with a vintage, lived in feel still. I wish the bedding was more imaginative. Overall, I think it’s worth the stay and spend!
The hotel waa clean and everyone was very friendly. I stayed for 2 nights. The first night was fairly quiet, it seemed that all of the rooms being used had been spread out which i noticed at other hotels i've stayed at in the past week. My second night i walked out of my room and people were going into both rooms on either side of my room. When i asked at the front desk why we seemed so clustered together, he told me they had been instructed to cluster rooms that were being used. I found this odd since "clustering/being in groups" is part of the problem.during Covid19. Great location if there wasn't a pandemic.
Overall a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. All of our needs were met and we enjoyed the room and facilities.
Smelled very good on the inside. Very clean hotel and very nice amenities. And the ceiling decor was a nice touch in the room.
I loved this property but I would never stay there again because there is no parking unless you want to pay 40 a night for mandatory valet! I could take this and apply it ansd stay somewhere even nicer!
A little disappointed.... I'm glad I got the room for the price I did because it definitely would not be worth it at full price. The property itself is very nice. There was a wedding or two so it was verybysy. Apparently you can book the pool area so it was closed for a few hours.... Some of the things in the room could be replaced... Like the towels
