It has 3 different Phases, our property is in the Cottonwood/Palo Verde area.
This home has 3-bedrooms all with attached baths, is perfect for your families or couples winter escape to Sun Lakes, AZ. Enjoy sunshine in style. Spring training, World Class Golf, Five star dining, Casinos and more all nearby. Easy access to freeways that go to the FUN spots of Gilbert, Scottsdale and Chandler.
This newly renovated exceptional location property offers resort amenities like, fitness center, swimming pools, golf, pickleball, tennis, bar and grill and more.
You will have a golf cart and pedal bikes to use in the community during your stay.
Enjoy the convenience of these amenities with the purchase of a renter card from the HOA. Long term guests (30 days or more) host pays renter card fees. One or more person in the group must be 40 yr+ to rent this property. Short term guests will have to go to HOA ( 5 minutes from this home) to fill out Renter form , show Photo ID and pay fee of $250 to HOA.
