I tried to call front desk but the phone had NO DIAL TONE! I went to the front desk and requested for someone to come figure out why the TV was not working. NOBODY CAME. After waiting for some time I HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT THE TV was unplugged. I picked this place because of the price. My opinion I HAVE TO GET MY MONEY UP!

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parts of the hotel are nice and parts are more like a war zone.

The staff was very pleasant. I was thrilled that there were several electrical outlets to plug in my devices. The rooms were not as clean as they could have been. It looked like it was cleaned quickly. On Saturday night, we came back to our room and there was a cart in the hallway with dirty towels in and on the floor around it. It was still there Sunday morning. There were people congregating in the lobby and outside.

Hey unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay , the handwashes were dirty, the pliows was dirty like they flip, it was loud , a couple next door were arguing, the elevator was broken , it was takin us to different floors , the ice machine was broken on every floor except the 2nd floor, the hallways of the hotel smell llike cigarettes & poop

Room was not clean, trash from previous guest was found in the room, a chicken borne was found on the floor. The room was not clean after we left for the day from the previous night . At breakfast there was not enough food for the guests, the staff was eating while the guests was waiting for tables to be cleaned, food on floor guests had to clean a table to be seating at. And the reservation was not in my name another name was on my reservation. I was not satisfied at all. BAD EXPERIENCE.

My hotel room was clean and decently appointed. When I arrived my TV was not working. When I tried to call the front desk the house phone was not operable. I used my cell phone and the desk clerk was accommodating. However no one came in the hour I waited. It was fixed when I returned but I couldn't get cable stations. I had two bath towels but no wash cloth or face towel. The shower drain was clogged and dirty water came up. Outside in the rear parking lot a man was yelling angrily at a trash can. The corridors leading to my room were dirty as well as the elevators. Overall the room rental was a value but the overall impression of the property was neglect.

Their Quality Inn wasn't, by any stretch of the imagination. The 1st room smelled. The 2nd room had mold in the ceiling in the closet and the toilet didn't work. I hope to never have to go there again. Ever.
