Overall, stay was great. Belinda and Brandon at the front desk were definitely welcoming and pleasant - even more so than most hotel staff! I was very disappointed by the lack of gluten-free options in the snack area so it was very hard for me to have anything to eat this morning. Beds were a little firm for my taste but overall good stay

I generally prefer to give higher ratings, but I had to rate my stay at 4 out of 5 stars due to significant issues in the room. The cleanliness in the room was unacceptable: the sink and bathtub were both severely clogged, and the hand towels had long, black hairs on them. This was very disappointing, as cleanliness is the most important factor for me. On a positive note, the common areas, pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel definitely needs updating, but the public spaces suggest that management prioritizes cleanliness outside of the individual rooms. It seems I was unlucky with my specific room assignment.

The check out time is amazing!! I wish more hotels would adapt the noon check out. The room was clean. The service was great. The location was very convenient. The only thing I would change if I had to critique anything is the TV. Smart TVs or a way to connect to Netflix/Hulu would be a great feature. A fan in the bathroom would be helpful as well!

This is a high-quality hotel conveniently located near many area draws and not too distant from Philadelphia. There are numerous dining options within an easy jaunt. The roads are congested so review your map app before setting out. We have stayed here on three separate trips to the area. It is clean and well-kept. Service is good. Our rooms have always been clean and tidy. The mattress is newer and comfortable and the AC unit works very well. Breakfast is not complimentary and the food is lackluster. Eggs and bacon are a safe choice, but the sausage is to be avoided. The OJ is a sugary drink, not fresh. The complimentary coffee is always bland, but there is a Starbucks a block away. We will stay here again, no doubt.
