Great Best Western Stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a convenient location, with plenty of parking. The best part was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had: eggs with a cheese filling, 3 types of cereal, muffins/breads, coffee, 3 types of juices, sausages, yogurt, and best of all--a machine thst automatically makes you 2 pancakes!

The restaurant was closed, the pool was not open, there was no seating in the rooms all chairs and or sofas had been removed. The hotel really should be closed during renovations!

Strong smell of cleaning products in room. Tub faucet broken and poorly repaired. Pool closed. Internet access in room didn’t work and tech help couldn’t solve problem. Appreciated late check in and free breakfast.

Vanessa (check-in), Tracy (check-out) and night auditor were helpful and had excellent guest service skills. The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. Overall, the phrase that comes to mind is the hotel offers good value for the price paid. Thank you.

JUST NO!

I was eatting breakfast this morning and someone was mopping the floor. I got up to go throw my plate in the trash and the staff member screamed at me because she didnt want me walking where i walked when i purposely walked around the wet spots. Then last night i had to purchase some drinks, and the lady at the desk seemed annoyed because i had wanted to purchase some drinks. Seemed like i was interrupting her. Hotel was kinda dirty. And when i booked the hotel- i was told it was $130 if that on the website. When i went to the hotel, they charged me double!!

-Dirty bath towel hanging on bathroom door hook -Face towel hanging on shower curtain -Bathroom door hard to close -Bathtub - standing water - clogged bathtub -Changed rooms -Asked front desk for plunger as toilet was slow for flushing. Was told to ask the house keeper. They didn’t have any and told me they would take it to front desk. Asked front desk a few hours later was told to ask Peter on the floor. -Front desk person was more eager to look at her phone than talk to me. Kept paying attention to her phone and was short with me as if I was interrupting her. -Wanted to use the computer in the business center to print some documents and there was a sign indicating to talk to the front desk for a password. -Went to the front desk and advised I wanted to use the computer and asked for a password and the clerk said you don’t need one. I said, oh there a sign saying you need a password. She said you don’t need one with a tone. I didn’t like tone so I told her then you need to remove the sign or upstate it. - Overall, the least pleasant experience I’ve had staying at a Best Western. Everywhere else, in different states, the staff have been pleasant and helpful.
