The hotel staff, management and amenities at this property we're all top notch ! Rooms clean, quiet, comfortable, same with the breakfast area each morning. We were staying for our daughter's wedding, and we were on the go for 4 days straight ! The staff helped us find things we needed in town and the managers were co-conspiritors on some fun surprises for our daughter's and new son-in-law. We would stay with Staybridge again !

My family and I went to visit Seasme Place for our girls and my in-laws recommended this hotel. First and foremost, I was impressed with the entrance cleanliness and friendly staff. The hallway is like any other hotel, but the room we were in blew me away. First off,the kitchen is a nice accent to the room and has a decent size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans. The living room was small with a nice flat screen. Each side of the hotel room had a king size bed that my wife and I split between us. In each room, nice flat screen TV again but at bed level which is a nice touch. The bathroom for me, is my biggest concern and, to be honest, was extremely relieved to see how well the upkeep was with no sign of mold. That is a great sign of cleanliness for me and more importantly, my daughters. We took advantage of the pool the hotel had to offer and though it is not a great wow factor, it was sufficient to say we were pleased. Come time to dry our clothes, I honestly was shocked to find out that the dryer and washing machine were included in our stay. Now, I understand if I am overreacting a bit but NEVER, have I ever stayed at a hotel was this amenitie ever offered! So yes, I told my wife and was ecstatic. Breakfast had a great selection such as yogurt, fresh eggs, veggies, cheeses, cold and hot cereal, muffins, fruit and two coffee selections. And yes, we took breakfast to the bed with no issues. And most importantly, above all, the staff were amazing and nothing short being friendly in the most sincerest form. Honestly, if Staybridge is similar all across the nation, I would sign up for a membership with the hotel in a heat beat.

The room was spacious and comfortable. When I booked the room I made a note that I would be getting in very late, the front desk had me pre-registered for my room they also had the air on in the room. The shower was fantastic, the bathroom along with the rest of the room was very clean and comfortable.

Cozy, clean and spacious. We've tried several other brands of midpriced hotels and this has been by far the best. It is however our first stay at a Staybridge. The lobby, sitting area and rooms are modern and comfortable. For the same price as a regular hotel we got a full size sofa and small equipped kitchen and complimentary breakfast.

Check-in was a breeze and we were given a choice on which floor we prefer. The lobby is large and the restaurant, waiting area, and a wonderful patio are well appointed. Our room was extremely quiet and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. We had a very comfortable king bed - the bathroom was very clean, up-to-date, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel has a pretty cool happy hour and the staff are hard-working and friendly to boot. The hotel is situated within a mall area and plenty of dining. All in all, I think this has been my best experience in this area in after staying in many of the areas other hotels. I highly recommend the Staybridge suites

I cannot say enough about this facility and all that is has to offer. The staff were excellent, hospitable and made you feel as if you were indeed part of their extended family. The facility - spotless. The room - spacious and everything was provided for you to enjoy either a short or long stay - in fact we joked that we were just going to sell our home and move in permanently. Extras - free laundry, who offers that??? No hotel that I have stayed has offered FREE laundry facilities. Work out room - top notch with everything you could need and top of the line equipment. Pool and hot tub - sparkling - tons of chairs and towels. Outdoor area - beautifully landscaped and offered seating for outdoor eating and free use of an outdoor grill. Pantry - great for a quick pick up of items you forgot to pack or just something to satisfy your sweet tooth. And free hot amazing breakfast and happy hour with food Monday to Friday to meet other guests and save money on eating out.

I stayed 7 days in this hotel and the level of service is very low. On one hand, my room hasn't been cleaned 2 days over 7. And on the other, vacuum is used in the corridors ( I could double check myself some rest of chips on the floor all along I stayed). The breakfast is the most likely the worst moment: water for the tea is most of the time not warm enough, and eggs taste like plastic. I'm pretty sure you can find a better choice for less in this area.

Stayed in a single King room - - Room included King Bed, Large Bathroom, pull-out sleeper couch, Kitchenette with Fridge with Ice Maker, Microwave, and all flatware, plates and glasses. Room was very clean - shower had excellent pressure. Bed was nice, a little on the firm side - but comfortable - A/C unit worked great. Elevator was a little slow - and I did not see signs for stairs. Lobby was very large with seating and tables for Included breakfast ( I did not have breakfast - but plenty of choices) No bar in hotel. Seating area outside was nice with a gas firepit. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

I stayed at the Staybridge for 6 nights last week and was overall pleased with the experience once I got a decent room. The first room (217) was right next to the elevators and it is absolutely unusable. You hear the elevator go up an down and the doors open and shut all night. The front desk moved me to another room the next day where apparently a very wet, seldom bathed, dog had spent the night. I never even unpacked. The front desk clerk came up to the room and agreed that I wasn't just being cranky, the room stank of wet dog. So they finally put me in a very nice room away from the elevators and not smelling of dog and I was very happy for the rest of my stay. The rooms are very spacious, and there were dishes, dish soap, popcorn, bathroom amenities etc. available and replenished daily. The dog incident aside, the room I was finally assigned to was kept immaculate by the staff. I was always greeted in a friendly way by the hotel staff and the breakfast was fairly decent as hotel breakfasts go. The location is easily accessed from Rte 309 and is across the street from the Montgomery Mall for point of reference.

It is a bit outdated though. The bathroom is a bit rusted and the carpet had better days. All is very big as in US, but it is a bit weird as to use the mirror in the room, I need to close the door between the room and the living room and I could not go to the bathroom. In other words, big but not well arranged. Breakfast is so so and diner not better; when the self buffet is empty it is rarely refilled. I agree with a previous comment, the airco/heater is really noisy. Front desk and nice and friendly.
