Reserved a king bed, non smoking. when arrived only had smoking. Had 2 beds on 2nd floor, both were full size. However the peeling wallpaper did match the peeling popcorn ceiling. If that one room is an indication of the condition of the remaining rooms then they are in need of renovation. Would not stay again.

Absolutely horrible. Nowhere in their Expedia booking process does it say anything about a "Smoking" nor "Non-Smoking" room. Yet when I showed up, the staff claimed that is what I booked. I didn't fight him on it, because I couldn't recall if I missed it in the description during booking. Skip forward: I went back and tried to book the same 2-bed, "Mountain View" room again, and there is nothing noting anything about it. There IS an option to manually type a request (which I never did). I'm convinced that the staff on property edited the booking to assign me a smoking room, because all of these rooms are "Smoking" and gross. Regardless of the "Smoking" vs "Non-Smoking" (which is honestly a big deal, since we stunk like the room and so did the entire contents of our suitcases) - the place was absolutely gross. Our first room had black mold in the bathroom. I had to request a different room. The guy said nothing to me to dispute it. Didn't ask for photos, didn't want to go inspect it, didn't check the housekeeping logs - nothing. He knew. And he knew when he assigned me that room, that it was disgusting. The carpet was sticky. We didn't want to walk around without shoes. None of the outlets above the nightstand between the beds worked. Those are pretty important for phones and medical devices. Our second room was the same, with less black mold. There was no working ice machine on the property. Both rooms had doors with locks that were not fully cooperating. Shady place.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in a while

The staff was very polite and check-in was a breeze so I was expecting a great stay but the room was so unbelievably disgusting. Black mold all over the place and the bathroom. General wear and tear all throughout the place. Just gives a bad vibe. Water was hot and bed was comfortable enough and I was exhausted and checked in at midnight so I just slept and got out as soon as possible. Place wreaked of cigarette smoke as well.
