I travel A LOT, really loved this hotel.

Stayed in room 101. It was so clean, spacious, linens were so comfortable, high ceilings. The room and rest of the hotel was designed with class. I would stay here again even if it was as for no absolute reason.

Better coffee needed!

On all of our stays breakfast was very good including dark roast coffee. This time no dark roast! Please bring back this important amenity. Three people at next table also complained about the poor quality coffee. Please provide it even at an extra cost.

I love this hotel and I will always choose to stay here when given the option however they have to do better with managing the people that come to the hotel! Me and my friend couldn’t even get in the pool or enjoy the fire pit area or grill because it was overrun by people having a pool party.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff was very informative—even pointing out where I could plug in my car, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel offers wonderful amenities. I especially loved the ability to walk straight from the pool area to the peaceful, zen-like outdoor space. Our room was spacious, and I really appreciated the welcome note displayed on the television when we arrived—it was a nice, personal touch. The reason I rated the experience 4 instead of 5 stars is due to two isolated incidents. First, I filled my water bottle from the breakfast station and was promptly corrected by a kitchen staff member. While I understand the policy (and did see the sign once it was pointed out), it was the tone of the interaction that felt unnecessarily sharp and not service-minded. Being near a military installation, we’re used to following rules—respectfully communicating them makes all the difference. Second, the pulled chicken served at breakfast was cold, and there was no microwave available to heat it. That small inconvenience affected an otherwise pleasant dining experience. Overall, the stay was great, and I’d consider returning—especially if those two areas are addressed.
