The cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. It was not very easy to get around unless abiding to the schedule of the shuttle or paying for a taxi/uber. Taxi scheduling was not very reliable. Breakfast was not included and the room was not cleaned each day.
I would give this hotel a 1 star rating at most 2 star based off the condition of the room. The room although big in size had a musky smell that hits you as soon as you walk inside. The lack of care is evident as there are holes all in the wall and rust along the door frames of the bathroom. The cleanliness of the room was also substandard. At night the noise from the heater/AC or whatever it was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. The only positive thing this hotel has going for them were that the beds are comfortable. In regards to the staff, some were nice but when it mattered as far as letting them know the condition of the room was unsatisfactory, it seemed to irritate them.
trip was ok but hotel was much below our expectation and definitely not 4 star!!!
I stayed for 3 nights and although it wasn't always easy to get to the location, I was happy with my experience overall.
The hotel was very nice. Our suite had a separate bedroom, which was very convenient for traveling with small children. It was clean, had a mini kitchen, and looked fairly new. Our one complaint is that it did not have wireless internet in the rooms (only in the common areas). It did have ethernet access in the rooms, which is no good when using a tablet. Overall it was a great room for the price we paid. The shuttle to Disneyland and the train terminal was very convenient.
First, this is not a 4-star hotel. I would say it is a solid 3-star, with some definite weaknesses. Let's start with location. If your primary objective is Disneyland Paris, then this is a great place to be. However, if you are mainly traveling to Paris, this is not a good location. To get to downtown Paris from the hotel, you need to take a 10-min bus shuttle from the Park & Suites to the train station. From there it's about a 45+ min ride (depending on where in Paris you are trying to go). Overall, if you include waiting for train (and any transfers you need to make), it's easily an hour-plus. Rooms are clean and nice, if minimalistic. If anything about this hotel merits a 4-star review, the rooms would be it. Amenity-wise, there is very little to write home about here. This is pretty much a no-frills property, with very few "luxuries" that one would expect with a "4-star" hotel. They serve breakfast, but otherwise there are no food options. No marketplace to get snacks or necessities. They do have a bar. Finally, the hotel is pretty under-staffed, and wait times for service are the norm. Overall, I would say this hotel is best for the value-conscious travelers who are either headed to Disneyland or don't mind a long (and sometimes painful) commute to Paris. Don't expect 4-star experience here. Nice rooms, but otherwise left much to be desired.
Very close to Disneyland, super clean, large, comfortable room, helpful staff. Would absolutely stay here again.
This is our best hotel experience we have had in 40 days of traveling in Ireland, France and Spain. Rooms are spacious with a mini kitchen and balcony. The price was unbelievably low. The main problem is that it is very difficult to find. It is a new hotel with a new street so it doesn't show up on the gps. But you can find it by printing the hotel map and looking at the gps for the location and letting it take you there. It is well worth the effort.
We looked for this hotel for 90 minutes and could not find the hotel. We stopped for directions at another hotel in the area and went back to Disneyland for them to confirm directions. Even with a GPS and directions we were unable to locate the hotel.
