The room is great, very spacious, clean and modern. The location is good if you are wanting to visit Disney and there is a shuttle bus throughout the day. The staff were very friendly but there were either not enough staff or they simply were not trained in customer service. Checking in was a long and difficult process because there was no organisation. Also when we left there were issues with calling taxis which again was just lack of customer service. It was unfortunate to leave on a bad note!

We stayed there for two nights. Had a reservation for a twin bed room which was in fact prepared as one big bed. They gave us bed linen and let us do the 'work'. I have to mention that the guys at the reception where nice and friendly, the just don't seem to habe more possibilities to help or do more for the house. While moving the beds apart we saw the non-cleanliness, see the pictures to get an impression. I would not go back in that hotel.

Good points; super friendly reception staff, spacious room, dishwasher with 1 tablet and a tea towel!, air con, electric window shutters. Comfortable beds with nice clean bedding. Good supply of clean towels. Not so good points; a reasonable distance from Disney parks (not walkable) and the shuttle bus was slightly hit and miss, also the last shuttle is at 10:05 pm which is before the firework/light show. Apartment slightly tired looking, scuffed walls, chipped laminate flooring and a cracked bathroom mirror. The bar area was not open when we visited and it's rather a long walk to buy a bottle of diet coke!

I stayed with my family for 5 nights, our room needed a lot of work the staff was not helpful at all when we booked the hotel online we took out the breakfast included and when we checked out we were told the the reception staff that we have to pay for our breakfast which made us very upset and angry. Staff is so rude and not even staff listen the guest .. I went to Disneyland , waiting for a taxi to come back to our hotel. My wife booked a taxi through über pin point while we are waiting for taxi .. hotel taxi driver came and mentioned the hotel name . We was thinking that that taxi is through uber . Driver is not speaking English. When we reached in our hotel . Driver is asking 20 Euros but normal price is roughly 14 euros .I really don't understand what is going on . I went inside the hotel to speak with staff so they can explain me little bit more . Staff and driver they are talking in French . Before I say something staff blaming me . Staff said this driver went to pick something from Disneyland but by mistake he pick us . Staff is so rude . I pay the driver but I really don't like to way he spoke with us . Staff need to know English more . To explain them anything it take long time.

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect an all frills experience! It is a great location, the staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic, tired and need some well over due TLC. But it's fit for purpose. Down side the A/C is noisy and did now work in 32degrees of heat. They serve breakfast on site for 11.50 Euros and is good value for money. If you drive here it will cost you 5 euros a day to park, and the shuttle is priced at 2.50 euros each. All in all we enjoyed our stay, and if you have an issue as at reception because they will help to resolve your issue.

My boyfriend and I stayed here between Christmas and New Year to visit Disneyland Paris for three days. Given the time of year and the fact we planned the trip last minute, all the prices for the Disney hotels were sky high. This hotel is a cheap alternative, the room was clean and had everything we needed, the kitchenette was pretty well equipped. Yes some of the decor looks a little tired and it is not the most luxurious hotel but we spent all day in Disneyland and only used the room for sleeping and showering! If that's all you want to do, you will be pleased with this place. There is a bus but we chose to drive because it was very very cold during our stay- Disneyland is only a 15 minute drive away.

We stayed here end April 2017 for a 3 day trip to Disney and then to Paris. And I have to say we were very nervous about this place because of the negative reviews we read. Maybe we just had a good room in the end? But overall we were very pleased. Clean room, clean bathroom and enough utensils - or maybe i should mention we made do with what was provided. Yes - they do not provide dishwashing liquid and a sponge/cloth to wash the dishes with, we read this in previous reviews - so we packed our own from home (does not take alot of space in a toiletry bag) if you want to do this. My husband and I neatened up every evening when the kids went to bed, and we all just made our beds neat in the mornings. It was a short stay so it was workable for all 4 of us. If you looking for an average place to sleep which is clean and a clean shower and for a reasonable price then stay here, because all your money will be spent on expensive overpriced disney merchandise and food at maybe you save a few euros staying here. We didnt eat the breakfast - seemed too expensive and other reviews also said breakfast was not worth it. So we skipped that and bought eggs and breads from Val d Europe centre and made scrambled eggs and toast every morning for breakfast - which worked well for the kids. We bought sandwiches, croissants and ready to heat pastas from Val d europe and packed lunch in a back pack for Disney - because we felt alot of the food was very overpriced at disney. We still bought coffees, hot chocolates and snacks for the kids there - but our main meal we bought outside and took it in with us. Theres also a bakery within walking distance from the place. My husband walked there for fresh croissants in the mornings. Shuttle costs you €2.50 per person. But its valid for the entire day to travel to val d europe, and disney. I didnt think the drop off spot for disney was too far to walk - it was a fine walking distance. Only thing is the last shuttle leaves disney at if you want to stay and watch the fireworks at night then you must arrange for an uber or taxi when you want to leave. Overall - I think its efficient and workable for the price you pay. And would recommend it if you want to save money during your next disney visit.

I am writing this review to help people better prepare if coming to stay at this hotel. In general our room was reasonably clean and the staff were nice. 1. There is a shuttle every half hour for Disney. Be sure to arrive at least 5 mins early for pick up as the driver will just leave if he arrives up to 3 mins early and your not there. Also the last pick up is at 22:05 which is a shame as this is when the fireworks start. This brings me onto the second point... 2. DO NOT use the taxi service mentioned in the room brochure. After arriving on time for our shuttle from val d'europe (which did not show) we decided to phone the taxi number given in the brochure. We were then charged €20 to drive a few minutes back to the hotel. 3. The room is not well equipped. They ask you to leave the room clean which is acceptable however provide nothing to clean it with. We had to make an additional trip to val d'europe for cloths, washing up liquid and various other items which we obviously only used very little of. 4. One of the better points. We arrived back to the hotel one night after a long day in Paris and decided to order a take away from the local brochure in our room. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. In general this was fine for a couple of days. The shuttle bus being too early was very disappointing and led to a lot of wasted money. The staff were very nice. The hotel itself has a lot of scuffs/stains in various places and clearly needs more work. I would highly recommend using Uber to get around :)

Reading a lot of previous reviews, either people are expecting a 5 star hotel for a 2 star price, or this hotel has seriously upped their game. I am rating this 5 stars because, for the price paid, it more than deserves it. Balcony with a view of the forest behind the hotel, also direct view of the sunset. FREE shuttle bus every half an hour or so to Disneyland (last pick up is 22:05 which is a shame as disney illuminations finish at 22:25 so we had to get a taxi) FREE WIFI! Yes, free. (Though slow) I can only assume they've upped their game from a few months ago as a lot of people are saying they had to pay, Friendly 24 hour customer services, room was clean, fridge, microwave, tv, towels, no mould, no stains, nice hot shower. I cannot fault the room. And for £25 per person per night? Incredible. I will come here again without a doubt.

We stayed here for 2 nights as an alternative to staying in the expensive Disney hotels. I had read the other reviews on here so was not expecting anything fantastic but nonetheless was hoping for somewhere clean and comfortable to act as a base while we visited the Disney parks. On arrival we were seen to and checked in very quickly and the reception area seemed quite nice. Immediately though it became apparent that the rest of the hotel was in need of some attention as the halls had large stains on the carpets and the walls were covered in scuffs and marks. The room itself was quite large with a kitchen area (including pots and pans, oven, microwave, fridge etc.) A small living area and a bedroom separated by a partition. Some have mentioned the thinness of the curtains being an issue however there are electric shutters on the windows which work very well. There were some issues with the room itself though. The light in the entrance area didn't work, the plugs on both the sink and the bath were broken, the floor was damaged and there were some stains and marks on various bits of furniture. The walls are also very thin and we were able to hear a lot of noise from other rooms. The biggest issue however was the abundance of silverfish that crept out from under the shower, batch and other cracks at night! There were some positives to the hotel such as the excellent shuttle service to and from the Disney parks, free WiFi, access to the pool which actually looked very nice although we didn't use it and of course it was a lot cheaper than staying at one of the Disney hotels. Despite this though there is no chance I would stay here again.
