Are you looking for a quaint Paris hotel with a nice courtyard? I was too….. this isn’t it. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew that booking it was a mistake. It was dirty and in kept. The guy at the front desk was ok, but not really friendly. When we walked through the courtyard, which is nothing like the picture, I was surprised. There were picnic tables and chairs and nothing like that beautiful picture on Expedia. They put us in the furthest distance building, which was also the oldest. The room was really beat up. The bathroom didn’t smell good, the kitchenette didn’t have coffee for the coffee maker, any plates or silverware, cooking utensils or glasses. The TV didn’t have a signal either. We spent the night and didn’t sleep because the room was on a very loud street at the back of the property. We spent our first day in Paris looking for a nicer place to stay for the next 4 nights. We found one, checked out, and then were told that we would not get a refund. Avoid this place.

Booked an Executive room months ago- beautiful pics on website- but room given on checkin- TOTALLY DIFFERENT- Handicapped Room- Dark and dingy- took more than 24 hrs to change and then hotel staff admitted that “new room” was of 2 options best they could do— better but never got a room that are featured on their website—-AVOID NOT AS ADVERTISED- never an apology- THIS HOTEL caters to traveling groups- on buses- You will get lost in the lobby chaos- Property is in poor repair- unstable brick paver walkways and burned out security lighting at Rodin building- with a scary elevator— Hit or miss housekeeping- failed to supply towels one day; totally missed room one day despite door hanger on room to make up for 7 hrs- not done- yet a new tour group likely was the priority— Avoid this bait and switch hotel—

Very comfortable hotel Odd that it had a cooktop but no utensils available. Microwave works. Layout means every arriving or departing guest noises echo through the complex. Staff helpful and very close to Metro. Grocery store near by. Would stay again.

Great Hotel

We had read the reviews before booking and they were a bit mixed. However, in our opinion this hotel was great. We stayed in a suite that was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and even provided us with umbrella when it was raining. The location was great. The metro was a few minutes away and it was a ten minute stroll to many shops and restaurants. The outside garden area of the hotel was a little oasis to sit and relax. The breakfast had a good selection and we never had to wait for a seat even when it was busy. We had an amazing week.
