"For the most part, the hotel and staff were great. As for cons: too far from everything, had to rely on the shuttle to take me to the airport toget on the train to the city, no restaurants or stores near, indoor pool and hot tub shut down a week before, the evening dinner staff seemed bothered to help me, the fire alarm woke the entire hotel up in the middle of the night on the first night (staff showed no empathy), and we have to make a reservation to take the shuttle to the airport or else the driver has an attitude (not the main driver - he was excellent). Overall, I liked the hotel once I got used to it, but next time, I'm staying closer to the city."
