It was a nice stay. We came with a 1-year old child and had everything needed for a comfortable stay for him and us. The restaurant was OK too. The location is pretty quiet. Good Wi-Fi and a huge LCD TV in the room.

I did not like this Mercure Hotel. It is not clean, the staff is not helpful, the location is not good. The price is not cheap. I did not have breakfast or dinner at the hotel so i can not comment about food. I do not recommend this Hotel unfortunately.

Situated at the west end of Ave Jean Lolive, close to the Periphique (but not so close that you hear the traffic), the Mercure in porte de Pantin is a ten minute walk from Gare de Pantin. Bilingual friendly reception staff, with a restaurant open from 6.30am to 10pm, and reasonable room service in support - there are also various foods and drinks available to buy in a small kitchen area at the back of the restaurant out of hours. I stayed on the 7th floor, well above the street and thus whilst I could see the Periphique, I could not hear it. The rooms are comfortable, good and free wifi, accurate and easy to use conditioning. At E117 including breakfast, this is a comfortable, very good value hotel.

Perfect location for our concert visit at Zenith in Paris, literally a stroll across the road into the park and down the avenue. Plenty of restaurants and cafes until the early hours, very busy neighbourhood, will definitely stay again!

Every year I'm visiting more than 120 different cities around the world, 19 countries, and I usually go to Mercure option when is possible or available, however this one I have to say does not achieve minimum Mercure quality requirements for many reasons. Bed: twin 80 cm, are you kidding me? My younger daughter has at least 90cm or my older son has 100cm. Also too soft, you can hear internal springs. Bathroom: after having opened the shower for 10 minutes not hot water available, I put on max hot water then it came some really small amount of hot water. Bad, really bad. WC almost no space for nothing else than decoration. Room size ok, but never twin beds anymore, cleaningless correct, but some furniture are old, old fashioned and/or need some refurbishment.

Best hotel we've been to since arriving 2 weeks ago. Traveled from America to Portugal, to Spain and then here to Paris. Beautiful large clean rooms. Friendly staff throughout hotel especially Camille went out of her way to answer any questions we had and tried hard to accommodate the different food types our group wanted. She even had a Birthday Cake delivered to our group for my husbands Birthday. Thank you Camille for your service and a Thank you Santina for serving him and our group at the bar.

I arrived with my husband as he was attending a conference at the weekend. The room was small but fine, bed fantastic, linen clean, shower hot and powerful, and there was parking at the hotel which was a bonus although you paid. There was no china cups only flimsy paper cups in the bedroom, which spilled their hot contents everywhere, and one tea bag to last all evening and the next morning.! However, the food! Breakfast was basic, same old fruit everyday, one flavoured yogurt - vanilla. Reconsituted scrambled eggs cold and lukewarm bacon and sausages - the croissants were good. Then there was the 'formal' dinner - which was the worse food I have ever tasted in my life. The chicken was unedible - literally, the sauce cold, plates cold, rice barely cooked - I asked the waiter to replace my food but he laughed and walked away. The Lemon Tart turned up at the table with the remaining sauce from the so called dinner? Then we had to queue up (at a formal dinner) to get our teas and coffees. The most unacceptable part was the state of the two waiters, one had jeans halfway down his backside and they were FILTHY utterly FILTHY, I think the other had his workclothes on. Why the hotel cannot offer waiting staff a uniform beggers belief. This hotel was expensive and its a good job they had parking because I would not have left my car in the location it was seedy and as a woman would not dare walk out at night on my own. I would welcome the manager's and please not the 'we will do better' line that seems always to go on when he responds - you took a lot of money from this organisation and gave a sub standard service and food.

This is a good hotel on the outskirts of Paris (Pantin area) which is handy if you have to get out of Paris and onto the A1 northbound. Comfortable but a little dingy in the hallways and a bit tatty, it however has friendly helpful staff and a reasonable breakfast. The neighborhood is a little suspect so beware of pickpockets and rough types. (I was pickpocketed on the underground at Gare de Nord so be VERY CAREFUL.
