"We directly met with and had service from Kristine. She was exceptional from pre-stay through departure. The property is so beautiful, and our accommodations were lovely. We stayed in the Prosecco Suite so basically an apartment to ourselves, but still able to access the public area and grab coffee and breakfast. The pool and hot tub are pristine, but too cold to enjoy the pool, but did take enjoy the hot tub. We are seniors, and the bathroom only has a tub/shower combo which has a very high step over. There was no grab handle for the tub, but after pointing this out to Kristine, one was installed within 24 hours. Outstanding service and truly needed for safety reasons. That kind of attention to detail and customer service is second to none!!! The only suggestion for the Inn would be signage at the lower entrance off the road. It is extremely dark with a long uphill driveway. Other than that, you can't find a more restful and beautiful location. Thank you for a lovely stay"
