I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the area. It’s the nicest one I’ve stayed in while visiting family in Fallbrook.
From the moment we walked in to check in, the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They explained everything about the terms of our stay, listened to our concerns and were tuned in to our handicapped needs. The room was comfortable and wonderfully clean, though its age was showing through in a few spots like damaged furniture and poorly managed cables. Still, that didn't impact the comfort of our stay and we couldn't beat the price. We stayed for two nights and are happy with our visit.
I was taken aback on arrival by spaciousness and beautiful appearance of my room at this new Courtyard Marriott. Having stayed at much more modest motels in the the Temecula area and paying not a lot less, I quickly got used to the level of luxury this hotel provides. Wow. Everything was better here--beds, linens and duvets, desk area, lighting with dimmers, drawer space, lush towels, beveridge fridge, vaulted ceilings. And the facility is brand new and still developing with a rooftop bar to open soon. The staff was very accomodating and the location worked well for my weeklong visit. My minor requests were taken care of immediately and my first floor room had a nice view of the sunrise each morning. (The vacant acreage next door may someday be developed, of course.) A delightful stay for a reasonable price!
Great value and big rooms, a bit dated. I would stay here again.
