The breakfast was awesome & plenty of parking & free. 8-10 min drive to Legoland. Our room seemed cleaned, but could definitely improve. Close to Fwy so a bit loud for my liking, however beds were comfortable. We would return considering the amenities.

The staff completely ignored me as I stood there to check in. The same happened when i checked out, even though it was different staff then check in was. They were also not enjoyable to speak with, bridging on rude. Do not bother going through the early check in. I did and they still went through the entire check in process again when I went to get the key. It is a waste of time and completely pointless. When I commented on this they gave me no reason why they needed all my info again. The room was very old and run down. The walls especially in the bathroom were not pleasant. The floor was extremely uneven and gave you a dizzy feeling walking on it. The shower faucet was barely on the wall and hard to work. The beds were clean and nice. We used the laundry and they have a Speed Queen washer which worked great. The breakfast was fine.

We had an amazing stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Carlsbad! The staff and housekeeping were very attentive to our needs. The facility was clean, the parking was easy and convenient, and the continental breakfast was perfect — ready for us as we headed out each morning. Overall, five stars! The receptionist who welcomed us was incredibly kind. She even turned on the fireplace for us, which made everything feel so warm and inviting. She never made a fuss about anything we asked for and truly made us feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel staff was great and very customer friendly. The location was close to Legoland. The room was very clean however had to make 3 trips to front desk to swipe/ activate room keycards. Bathroom water was lukewarm.
