We had a mixed experience with this property.On the positive side, communication from Ders was excellent throughout our stay. The location is great, with beautiful river views, and the primary bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The washer and dryer are new, and the kitchen is very well equipped in terms of tools and appliances.Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the home significantly detracted from the experience. The walls are extremely thin and there is an adjoining rental unit, so noise travels easily. We frequently heard banging, yelling, and music from the neighboring space until as late as 01:30. As well, the leather couch in the photo is now a covered fabric couch.Most concerning, however, was the overall cleanliness and maintenance. The property appears to receive only surface-level cleaning rather than proper turnover care. We observed visible mold and buildup in the bathroom vents, mold and staining on the blinds above the bathtub, and dirt inside the bathtub jets, which made the tub unusable from a hygiene standpoint. The oven warming drawer contained debris and rust residue. Several vents were heavily soiled, and one floor vent was broken. Walls were marked and dirty throughout, and window trim showed cracking and grime.These are not isolated cosmetic issues but signs of deferred cleaning and maintenance. With deeper cleaning and more consistent maintenance, this property could be much better.
