I stay at this Best Western a few days a month. Everything is always awesome but my last stay Oswego received a lot of snow and for the fist day and a half the parking lot was treacherous. Someone came out the second evening but by then it was too late. I had 4 wheel drive so I wasn't really worried about it but there were plenty of folks that didn't have 4 wheel drive. The front end staff was awesome and so was the room cleaners.

Dontae is always professional and respectful every time I show up. And he will actually remember you after a couple of times. He doesn’t keep you waiting and your in your room fast. I love this hotel.
The night clerk was very respectful. Wish I remember his name. Checked in me and my fellow truck drivers in quick. The hotel is very clean and smelled so good. Slept comfortably. That should be a 5 star place

We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Very relaxing and peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good every morning.

This is a nice clean place. Nothing fancy here just a simple easy place to stay.
Friendly staff, extremely clean and all the ammenities needed for a quick one night stay. May be hard to find if approaching from the West or South. Rooms are small. Could hear other guests walking above us until after midnight and neighbors sneezing at 5:30 AM woke us up. Pool is so small it hardly counts as a pool, couldn't really swim in it.
