Staff was lovely for our one night stay while travelling, however the hotel itself could use some improvements in areas. We had a room at the front of the building with two large AC units outside that were extremely loud. The bathroom was fine, but a little musty smelling and moldy in some areas; I know it’s Florida but still. The security lock also on the door to our room was broken and we used tape to secure it in place. All the staff we encountered were very kind and friendly, and the common spaces were very well kept, but I still don’t think I’d necessarily stay here again.

Room was very clean and staff was very courteous and amicable. I was only there for an overnight stay on my way to St. Augustine the next morning. Breakfast was a little crowded and I was the lucky one to pull the last cup of coffee.. however staff took care of it as soon as i mentioned it in an expedite fashion. Excellent hotel for business or commuters

Front desk workers were very friendly. However the floor in the room was extra black with dirt. Never been mopped in days or weeks. I have a photo of a 1X1 foot area of the floor that I cleaned because it felt under very dirty and sticky. I did not realize that in this hotel, we had to use our shoes the entire time. Quite disappointing. There is no lotion also. The breakfast was mainly carbs, carbs, carbs. They stated on the website that it has a cafe/restaurant area and a shuttle that will take you two mile radius anywhere close to hotel but cafe was not working and shuttle to other areas only if not needed for airport run. Overall room is big and bedding comfortable.
1 foot square of dirty floor. Please clean floor for others.
