Property was under construction and we were told only working M-F but they were working Saturday too. Other than that the place was clean and well maintained. We love the pool and it had everything we wanted

Loved spacious apartment. Beautiful views of evening fireworks at Epcot and Magic Kingdom from our balcony nightly. They do charge daily parking fee now that was a last minute additional cost but we absolutely love the resort

I have stayed at this resort roughly 6 times over the last five years. I have no complaints about the room or the resort in general my complaint is that they are now charging for parking which is absolutely ridiculous to have to spend 20 a day plus fees and tax that I will no longer be coming back to this resort. There is plenty of parking and they don't need to charge to park. You already pay enough to come to this resort. I didn't check into the hotel until 1015 at night and was still charged 20 for an hour and a half of parking overnight. You are charged per night therefore they charged me when I realistically was only there for an hour and 30 minutes until the next day.

Place is super nice but this is not managed by an individual host. The place is managed by a company called Koala. You can never get in touch with anyone via phone. I had some issues leading up to the stay and could never get a person on the phone. Needed to add my wife's name to the reservation since she was arriving earlier than me with our daughter. They charged me 149 for this. VRBO said they shouldn't charge me anything but Koala refused to add her name. Ends up when my wife checked in we had our pick of our rooms and it wasn't the exact room/owner we booked with. Koala is a total scam and should be banned from VRBO.

Room was clean /tower 6 pool area is great for the kids / the food and drinks at bak bay are very good The bathrooms are slightly dated with the Tuscan style brown colors / But this would not keep me from staying here again/ Excellent location close to all the Disney parks and Disney springs / I did not rent a car and used uber to get around

The property itself is amazing. There are so many things to do for any age, including the restaurant options. Bonus that our balcony overlooked the fireworks each night. We did have a couple hiccups during our stay, including our son getting injured at the pool and the staff being zero help and our condo smelling like smoke. I also didn't love that I couldn't get clear answers prior to our stay about what would be provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) via Vrbo, and I was told to call the resort directly. It kind of defeats the purpose, and I would've booked directly with the resort if I knew the contact via Vrbo couldn't answer basic questions. Despite these couple of things, I still think the value is there if we were to go to the area and only do 1 Disney park day.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The location was excellent—less than 10 minutes from Disney Springs and most of the Disney parks, which made getting around incredibly convenient.The resort itself was beautiful, with multiple pools and lazy rivers that the kids absolutely loved. There was also a lovely trail around the lake, perfect for early morning and evening walks.The room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and offered a wonderful view. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks before heading out for our park days. The layout was perfect for our group—each family had plenty of space and privacy, while the kids had a great time having sleepovers together in the living room.One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying morning coffee on the balcony. Overall, it was a relaxing, convenient, and memorable experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was possibly the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The coffee pot was clean-- almost looked brand new. I have stayed at this resort many times, and I always like it; however, this time the rooms have been updated (great new decor!) and were so clean and nice. Highly recommend!
