Welcome to our lovely townhouse in Vista Cay recently Fully renovated (10/01/2024), without a doubt the best location in all Orlando! Sleeping 08 comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.



The Space:

The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 12. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal,

BED & BATH There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King Size Master ensuite bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens Also a 2nd bedroom with 2 Queen Size Bed with en-suite bathroom, On the 1st floor is 3rd bedroom with 2 Double Size beds and en-suite bathroom and on the garage you will find full size laundry machines, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Universal & Sea World amusement parks visit

The photos are portrayed as accurate. For a rental it displays well especially first impressions. It’s an ok location in the units layout. Short walk to the pool, a little rundown but there’s a lot of turnover in visitors. The pool area was nice but seems pretty busy at all times. Location to Epic Universe was perfect. My biggest concern was the cockroaches. First couple days I didn’t see any (we were at parks most all day) but each following day when we were sound more they were popping up to the point I dreaded going to the kitchen level. The owner should have this problem fixed for such a high rented location and is unacceptable.

Shifty owner/operators!!!

I booked this home because my granddaughter was slated to perform at a cheer competition in Orlando. At the last minute the cheer coach cancelled the trip, and girls were instead scheduled to perform at a local parade. I contacted the owner/property managers who agreed to a full refund. I have since sent several messages but to no avail. I really needed that money but have now given up.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient for Universal Studios and close to restaurants. The townhouse was exactly as advertised. Clean and quiet. The living space was very comfortable and bedrooms on multiple floors allowed everyone to have space.
