Checking into the hotel was a breeze. The room was all set when I got there. The customer service was fantastic. The staff was really attentive. The location felt safe. The rooms were spotless. There was plenty of parking available. It was less than a 10-minute Uber ride to Universal Studios. I think they provide complimentary rides to the theme park during certain hours. I didn’t take advantage of that since I booked the hotel for a late event at Universal Studios - Halloween Horror Nights. Given the hotel’s proximity to Universal and other attractions, you can expect to hear families with kids from time to time. That’s pretty much the case no matter which hotel you choose in the area. Overall, it was a very quiet and comfortable stay. They have a pool, free breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. There’s also a coffee bar near guest services.

The location of this hotel is excellent — there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and it’s very convenient to Universal Orlando. They also provide a shuttle bus to the parks and include breakfast, which is a nice bonus. However, the room itself had a very damp smell, and even the tap water carried a slight odor. The amenities and location are great, but the room condition could definitely be improved.
