At Summerville Resort, enjoy year-round access to a shared heated swimming pool and hot tub. A fitness center keeps your workout routine on track, while a kid's play area ensures the little ones stay entertained.

Our villa is decorated with love and attention to detail, ensuring your stay is truly memorable. Plus, with electric car charging stations on-site, you can easily charge your vehicle during your stay.

Important Restrictions:
Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats are not allowed at Summerville Resort.

Self-Catering Home

This property is self-catering, and we provide a welcome kit to get you started:
1 paper towel roll
1 dish sponge
2 dishwasher detergent pods
1 small dish detergent
2 trash bags (in 2 trash cans)
1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom
1 mini set of toiletries

This kit is designed for your comfort upon arrival. Please plan to visit a nearby supermarket to purchase additional items you may need for your stay.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate.
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in, with fresh sheets and towels provided (note: washcloths are not included).
Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if desired.

Online Purchases

USPS does not deliver to vacation homes; packages will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL, Amazon, and FedEx deliver to the property.
We are not responsible for issues with online deliveries. Please reach out with any questions.
