When we went into our room there was still trash from a previous hotel guest , in the hallways there was bags of trash and a satellite dish just laying there

We booked the hotel after seeing the pictures online and the price was decent. When we went up to our room it was nothing like the picture.. there was a stain on our blanket, bugs in the tub and hair in the sink.We then asked for a new room. The front desk was really nice and offered us a new room. The new room came with a dirty toilet seat. Windows open with no screen, and the ceiling was literally falling apart! We tried leaving but unfortunately everything near the park was booked. We made the best out of the situation but their advertisement is completely false. The parking was also horrible!! Their business area was nothing like they advertised and you had to pay for copies. Do not book here!!

Planned a trip to Disneyland with the family. Arrived late Friday night to this hotel, checked in and upon entering the room immediately noticed the photos on Orbitz are NOT an accurate representation AT ALL, especially for the price. The furniture was very worn, which not a deal breaker most of the time but when the photos show a room that's been kept up, the reality should be close. If the photos are an 8, this room was a 3. There was even a cup ring on the counter (stain, I don't know?). BUT WAIT, that's not even why I'm writing this review. After a full day at the park on Saturday, we come back late. Used the restroom in the room, flushed fine at first, but noticed all the water didn't go down. Flush again and yup, it's not working. Go to the front desk where I'm informed the maintenance person is gone for the night and would I like a plunger? I've used one a time or two in the past, so I agree. Try plunging the toilet multiple times, still not working. Go back to the desk and am informed there is nothing they can do until THE MORNING and there are no other rooms. HUH? Three adults and a five year old...... I'm supposed to tell everyone to not use the restroom until the morning? NOPE. I informed him we would be checking out, getting a refund and moving to another hotel. We did all three of those things, but not before I had to argue a little (SERIOUSLY, there was an argument.... as if there was any other option). Needless to say I wil NEVER book this hotel again.

The hotel was pretty clean and it was very comfortable. My only issue and it's a big one is that a lot of families with kids stay here and it's extremely loud. If there is any kids screaming and running outside you will hear it and it will wake you up. The walls and ceilings are very thin so you'll hear your neighbors and hear the upstairs people walking very clearly. Overall the hotel was nice I would only suggest they get some thicker walls and not let gets run wild and screaming all over the hotel from 7am-8pm

Very noisy AC works like a track in the room Looks like a building remaining from abraham lincoln with no change The price for such a beauty can only be defined by historical importace

It really wasn't that great .. pillows were super uncomfortable, the tub was nasty looking so we didn't even shower. The AC did NOT work and it was hot as hell when we got it, it was set to heat .. not sure why especially since we were on the fourth floor. Also, BIG issue with safety. Being on the fourth floor the windows shouldn't be allowed to be open completely .. and they were, if I had my oldest child there I would of asked for a floor room because thats NOT ok. Totally a safety hazard, couldn't believe it. Had to open the window to get cool fresh air because the AC didn't work.

This hotel is very drab. In regards to its close proximity to Disneyland, you would imagine that this place would be a little more updated than its rather prehistoric interior.

I had room service everyday, very friendly people, breakfast was good, that area was quiet and clean.

Noises from up floor for almost 3 hours , I did not have a good rest. Eventually I called the front desk, it helped, bust still last about half an hour 。

The hotel is in walking distance to Disneyland. Which was great but other than that the room was not. The bathroom light made a loud humming sound. Even though it was a non smoking room it still smelled like heavy smoke. The bathtub was although fairly clean still did not look clean. The room was check out counter was in had water dripping from the ceiling.

Close to the park. Short drive but far to walk. Hotel is small and older but clean.

Staff were rude. Breakfast was awful! Dirty bathrooms. Noisy people in the hallway. Smelly carpet.

Ran out of toilet paper several times. Ran out of Kleenex several times. There was no extra blankets when it got cold.

After disney we just wanted a place to stay and we made reservations online for this hotel for 5 people in room since we had a two day disney ticket we just wanted to sleep and keep going on next day. We enter room and it was dusty everywhere which we didn't care. We started getting ready for bed, we realized we needed more blankets and went to reception to ask for more. This Asian person at front desk told me there's no extra blankets and that she was the only one working so if we need something else they need to come down and get it because she could not leave the desk unattended. Hot water was not working in my room so I called front desk and she asked me to come down for another's key room but to bring down the other old key room so basically she was asking me to do her job. My disappointment came in the morning at checking out another employee at front desk told me there was more extra blankets and also she should of check everything on the room works before just releasing the key, she apologized for her coworker but I guess it was too late.

Hotel had a great location close to Disneyland and was priced right. Other than very dated and somewhat worn out furniture, not a bad place. However, if you are sensitive to outside noise probably not the place for you. At 3 in the morning when one of the other rooms are fighting, you can hear all of the screaming at each other and most of the arguing. Just something to keep in mind if you're not a heavy sleeper. Would recommend for lost cost hotel, very close to park with free parking.

This hotel price was advertised at a low price and then it went up when booked. When we arI've at 4 when check In was at 3 the room was not ready for another 25 minutes very little towels for a room that fits 8 only 4 towels no apologies for the late check in only excuses. Room was still dirty drain was out of the tub wit lots of fungus and mold just not good

The AC wasn't working when I get there the tv was to old .

Hotel room was dirty and the drawers were broken. They have crt 4x3 tvs very outdated.
