If you’re looking for clean and updated accommodations at great price with a swimming pool and free breakfast to stay in, Capri Suites are the place to stay it. The rooms feature New tile floors, comfortable beds, new televisions, Disney Motifs available in certain rooms. Free breakfast with Waffles, eggs, sausage patties. Cereal, toast, and bagels. Coffee and Juice from 6:30am-9:30am the walls were a little thin and we could hear the room above us pretty well. But overall, it was a quiet and safe property and we enjoyed (3) nights of great rest and accommodations while we went do Disneyland during the day. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms need updating. The floors were very dirty. We left the placard for the room to be serviced at 7am. When we returned that night the room was not touched.

Within walking distance to Disneyland or Toy Story parking lot is conveniently down the street. There are also great restaurants and a Target nearby. Front desk staff were amazing! Great service, friendly and kind at checkin. Only issue is that the beds were on some type of metal frame, (aluminum?) and also under the sheets and pillows were plastic liners that made them crispy, loud and uncomfortable. Not a luxury resort, but fine to sleep for a few nights if you’re going to the parks. We loved that our suite had 3 queen beds and a fridge. We didn’t have breakfast either morning we were there, but it looked yummy. I saw eggs, sausage and waffles on plates.

Good Location - 5 minutes to Disney parking or 10 minutes via ride share (Lyft). Wonderful refreshing walk-in shower with waterfall showerhead. Quiet rooms. excellent staff service. Suggest suite with living room & bedroom separate. Sleeps party of 6. Will definitely book again

Absolutely AWFUL experience at the Capri Suites Anaheim! If I could give no stars, I definitely would! The front desk area and parking were nice enough but once we got to the room all bets were off. The floors are all tile and extremely dirty, thankfully we never took our socks off in this room because our sock bottoms were all BLACK after just a few hours! On top of that, this was the most bare bones “suite” we have ever stayed in. We typically stay in family suite rooms because we have a party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) and the kids use the pull out couch and the adults get the beds, absolutely not an option in this hotel! The “sleeper sofa” was one of those where the bottom pulls up to match the rest of the couch, not even a mattress like a typical pull out. On top of that, absolutely no extra linens or pillows for it. The adults ended up sharing beds with the kids and I slept on the couch because on top of that you can hear ALL the traffic going on outside, thankfully I had my ear plugs! People smoking marijuana on the walkway outside the nonsmoking rooms too! The AC in our room must not have worked because even though I tried every setting on “connected” wall thermostat, that room never got less than 75 degrees and it felt much warmer than that! My kids were sweating in their sleep! My family had the breakfast and said that was just fine, I was packing up our stuff to get out of there asap. Shower was also definitely not cleaned, had gross grout and splatters

Excellent staff up front, Alex, and the other young man, I didn’t get his name, were very friendly and welcoming. Easy check in, check out. Parking could get a little tight but was never a problem for us and we had 2 rooms with 2 vehicles. Breakfast was a nice bonus, great waffles and the coffee was above average great, pleasantly surprised! Great location, safe, quiet for it being in a busy place with lots of people and traffic nearby. Overall excellent a d comfortable stay forniur three nights. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for families on a budget. Great overall value for price.
