Our Room was really hot. When we spoke to the front desk about it the staff said the AC had been turned off in the rooms since they had just had a cold spell and we're able to do anything about turning it back on. I didn't press them on it since we were only there for a limited time but I don't think I'd stay there again
It was very uncomfortable sleeping.

It was a basic room but clean and comfortable. Wish I had noticed it didn’t have a mini fridge when reserving. I had a personal issue (not their fault) and they were very helpful and helped me out.

Staff at front desk was nery helpful - especially Millie.
Our room was not cleaned during our stay, which was OK with us, but not requested. Bed was very comfortable.
It was very noisy even at night, with carts rolling along the open hallways. Convenient location, good breakfast.
