Staff at front desk was nery helpful - especially Millie.
Our room was not cleaned during our stay, which was OK with us, but not requested. Bed was very comfortable.
It was very noisy even at night, with carts rolling along the open hallways. Convenient location, good breakfast.

The staff at this hotel are all so helpful, upbeat and friendly. Our go-to place to stay before and after flights from SYR. Beds are super comfy!
