Clean, good breakfast but little parking

Hotel was a pretty good location. Very clean and up to date. Breakfast wasn’t bad, and we didn’t get the chance to use the pool. Upon arrival there were several people trying to check in and only one check in gal. Some sort of company where she had to reserve their rooms again or something like that and took some time to separately check in the 3, but she remained calm and courteous. The one complaint was no parking. The tiny parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all the guests for the night and I’m glad I hadn’t preparked, and paid because we wouldn’t have been able to park after our event at the end of the night. There was some parking down the other block so was a walk but we made it work. It would just be nice to have at least another parking lot for overflow parking. Also a cart would be helpful for people with a few bags.

Beautiful Hotel, Poorly Managed The hotel is modern and comfortable, with a great coffee and tea station, the dove shampoo and soap is also great; clearly a well-designed property. However, the service was disappointing. I prepaid four nights as part of a package but missed my flight due to airline issues. When I arrived early the next morning, they had given away my room without notice, even though it was fully paid. After a long wait, they eventually “found” a room. Housekeeping didn't always come during my stay, and I wasn’t informed that daily service wasn’t included. When I requested fresh towels and cleaning, housekeeping staff refused, saying the hotel wouldn’t pay them because they get paid per room and my room wasn't on the list. This place has great potential, but it’s poorly run and lacks basic communication and service standards.
