Nice

Good location near Cricket Creek Marina. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Found a couple of good restaurants nearby. Close enough to Branson or Harrison for a trip into a city.

Nice stay!

We thought it was very cute and cozy! The pictures of the place were taken from the back so it kinda of throws you off when your looking for it from the road! But the place was very cute and cozy! We will definitely keep this place in mind for a future visit!

Relaxing

My best friend/sister in law and I needed to get away from life for a bit to unwind and relax. This place was perfect! There was plenty of room for us to move about, sleep, dance, cook and watch movies. The beds were comfortable, the views from the deck were beautiful, and the clean up requests for check out were very reasonable! Also... Plenty of hot water! We had a very positive experience here, and it was very relaxing. If I could point out a couple of things to be in mind of, it would be that there are bees, so if you are allergic you should be aware. Also the fridge does freeze the food a bit. 100% would stay here again. I can't wait to make another reservation next year!! Oh and if you are worried about hearing your neighbors through the walls, don't be. You won't hear a sound.

Great property close to Branson, the lakes and Harrison Arkansas. Very clean and comfortable. Has a very nice deck to enjoy the evening outside. Great place to relax.

Property was as described very nice and quiet. only complaint was they had scent dispensers plugged in unit upon arrival. and many people are allergic to scent and oil defusers.

Quiet and clean

No laundry facilities is about the only shortcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Quiet. Would stay there again if in the area. A little far from Branson but we are used to traveling that far to town.

Our family likes to vacation down in the Ozarks & this place is so cute, affordable, & nicely updated. It's also awesome for it's location. We have family down the road from where this cute little motel is. I believe we have found our gem.

Nice Stay very very firm mattresses

Overall our stay was very nice. Cute little place. Mattresses were super firm. Difficult to sleep with previous back issues on such firm mattresses. Thanks for the hospitality.

Our home based while in AR

We travel to the area often n we love this quaint apartment. It's clean, comfortable, and in a quiet street. We have enjoyed the lovely sounds of cows in the farm nearby in the mornings and some gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. We even got to see a bobcat sunning in a tree trunk on the creek area on the back. The only thing the place lacks is a washer/dryer.

Great stay!

Cute place to stay! Loved the Christmas decorations, had everything we needed and very clean. Enjoyed the location, being outside of Branson. The beds were a little hard but other than that, great!

Second time staying at this lovely apt. Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Owners are very attentive and took care of a few things we noticed the first time. Highly recommend it.

All good

One exception was there was a second booking or property manager in between the owner and VRBO (kind of like another VRBO). It all worked out except for the fact there was no way to easily communicate with that middle layer. Has nothing to do with owner, property or VRBO. Had I dealt directly with the middleman however, I would have been very annoyed!
