Parking was not safe. People throwing up in parking lot..very sketchy. One of our group rental cars had the gas tank drilled and drained. The police stated they are there once a week for parking lot vandalism. The pictures do mot represent the condition of the property.

The property overall is a bit in used condtion. I wouldn't call it rundown, and that type of thing doesnt bother me at all. I booked just for an overnight get away with 4 of my kids to swim and hang out. We had a clean and spacious room with 2 queens, pull out couch, small dining and coffee table. Bathroom was tight for space but had everything we needed. My kids had a blast at the pool and hot tub. We went 3 times during our 1 overnight stay. I loved the endless towels available at the pool. Free parking, no issues and no weirdos. Awesome breakfast buffet with tons of options. Every employee was extremely nice, I didn't feel the usual discomfort I tend to feel when I show up with my kids. I would take my kids back. You do need a physical card for $100 deposit, I almost blew it because I had just my digital wallet. Was able to use one of my kids greenlight debit cards to get the deposit paid! No tap payment available. Thanks for a great time!

The facility was dirty and walls and floor were scuffed. the room was missing artwork and had nails sticking out of the walls. The iron was broke and had burnt residue on the bottom. The ironing board was broken and continuously collapsed. The staff was, however, very pleasant.

I did one night booked for 2/6-2/8/26 went down on February 7th at 7am & again at 8:30am to cancel my stay & receive my money back paid protection plan not only did i do the respectable thing to cancel reservation i checked out at 9am 2.7.26 but still paid as if i stayed so no star's poor management skills!!

First thing first I would like to say that the staff was very nice and helpful. The manager worked with me when I had to cancel a nights stay and worked with Expedia. The room is another story.
Water on the floor due to the damages of the curtain rod.
The shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall.
Shower had to be pointed at the wall to make sure water wasn’t getting all over.
Apparently this must be an animal room.

Breakfast is the normal. Hot tub jets need a little work . I ordered my room and said I had a dog and would need a bottom floor for my disability. Didn’t get that nor did they find me one for the next night. When I know one person down stairs left.
