Didn’t like the front desk lady. Stood at check in counter for 10 min or so because I didn’t get a digital key. Finally a lady comes out the back but continues texting on her phone while waking to the desk , kinda felt like she didn’t really GAF. Other than that the new hotel is very nice.

Was there for a conference. The food was terrible. I saw them setting up for lunch at 10 30 and the item was a chicken salad. Luncheon was at noon and questioned how long that was setting there. My key card was not programmed correctly. As of this morning my credit card is being double charged. There was what looked like dried blood on one of the blankets. I pulled the other blanket from the other bed. I killed 3 crickets in my room 1 of which jumped at me as i was watching tv. There was a cricket in the breakfast area.

First room was OK until the air conditioner started rattling about 11 PM. I tried to determine the source and while doing so pulled out the air filters of the unit. Either the maintenance crew didn’t know they existed or not on any clean cycle but they appeared to have never been cleaned. I contacted the front desk and changed rooms. At 6:55 AM I awoke to construction workers banging away above my room. I called the front desk who informed me they would contact them as they weren’t supposed to begin until 9AM. By the way, I had to use the phone on the desk because the bedside phone didn’t work, nor were there light bulbs in the bedside lamps(empty). I swapped out the only one one from the desk.Construction promptly began at 8:45AM. When I switched rooms again I also let them know about the barking dog across the hall! Three rooms for a two night stay. It ain’t right!

It was ok

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Friendly staff, spacious rooms.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, chair was dirty, only one towel for 2 guests.

Room was outdated, carpet old, mattress, bed frame, smelly air conditioner.

The staff was very friendly and very happy to help with the issues I had. Although this facility states it is entirely "pet-friendly" there were several staff members who seemed "afraid" or showed outward animosity or contempt about my little dogs. However, most of the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. My favorite was the day cleaner lady. She was very kind. My 1st weekend away from my home was more chaotic than I'd hoped. I had words with one staff member which ended in me apologizing for losing my temper... and no apology in kind for the staff member being very unfriendly and outright rude. Luckily the next day all was well and that same staff member was in much better spirits.

It wasn’t the property that was the problem the heater wasn’t in a control of the guest it kept changing in middle of the night after being set a certain temperature was charged for water

The hotel staff was outstanding. I got out of work and arrived in Oklahoma City 12 hours early. I try calling the Orbitz customer service and they wanted to change me full rate. When I spoke to the hotel staff there was no problem. They took care of me, and I made it to my wife father-in-law funeral in time.

Nice hotel, but not walkable to any restaurants in the heat. Clean lobby with friendly staff. Room was fine and sizable, but the bathroom was tiny, when sitting on the toilet your knees practically touch the door. Happy to have my dog with me in the room, she enjoyed herself.

Clan very good tentative front desk and restraunt staff clean room nice perks

I overall had a good experience with the hotel itself. what I had an issue with is the multiple people on my floor in the rooms next to me. My husband and I got the room so that we could get away from the banging and screaming that our neighbors below us in their apartment do all day every day. Well, we ended up getting that exact same thing here. The women next to us on both sides or across the hall kept hollering at each other and slamming so hard all hours of the night that it even shook the lamps on our wall. Needless to say our getaway was not pleasant. We did not get the rest we'd hoped for. They slammed the door so loud at 6AM that it scared us awake. I did see a group of people getting on a bus that morning and they sojdned and acted like the ones who had been making the noises all night. I did let the person checking us out know. He did apologize.

Johna was awesome. She took wonderful care of me and my co-worker.

Staff printed and instructed computer info., held luggage after check out, provided needed aminity, and were willing to help with anything.

Would never consider making a reservation at this hotel again. Lots of better options near by.

The hotel was very nice! Very comfortable. Staff was very nice.

I am sorry for the state of your room. We are at the beginning of a renovation that will bring us back up to date. Regardless, we expect our rooms to fit for our guests right now so this is unacceptable. We will work more diligently at keeping our rooms up to standard.
