The staff was very friendly and very happy to help with the issues I had. Although this facility states it is entirely "pet-friendly" there were several staff members who seemed "afraid" or showed outward animosity or contempt about my little dogs. However, most of the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. My favorite was the day cleaner lady. She was very kind. My 1st weekend away from my home was more chaotic than I'd hoped. I had words with one staff member which ended in me apologizing for losing my temper... and no apology in kind for the staff member being very unfriendly and outright rude. Luckily the next day all was well and that same staff member was in much better spirits.

It wasn’t the property that was the problem the heater wasn’t in a control of the guest it kept changing in middle of the night after being set a certain temperature was charged for water

The hotel staff was outstanding. I got out of work and arrived in Oklahoma City 12 hours early. I try calling the Orbitz customer service and they wanted to change me full rate. When I spoke to the hotel staff there was no problem. They took care of me, and I made it to my wife father-in-law funeral in time.

Nice hotel, but not walkable to any restaurants in the heat. Clean lobby with friendly staff. Room was fine and sizable, but the bathroom was tiny, when sitting on the toilet your knees practically touch the door. Happy to have my dog with me in the room, she enjoyed herself.

I overall had a good experience with the hotel itself. what I had an issue with is the multiple people on my floor in the rooms next to me. My husband and I got the room so that we could get away from the banging and screaming that our neighbors below us in their apartment do all day every day. Well, we ended up getting that exact same thing here. The women next to us on both sides or across the hall kept hollering at each other and slamming so hard all hours of the night that it even shook the lamps on our wall. Needless to say our getaway was not pleasant. We did not get the rest we'd hoped for. They slammed the door so loud at 6AM that it scared us awake. I did see a group of people getting on a bus that morning and they sojdned and acted like the ones who had been making the noises all night. I did let the person checking us out know. He did apologize.

Johna was awesome. She took wonderful care of me and my co-worker.

Staff printed and instructed computer info., held luggage after check out, provided needed aminity, and were willing to help with anything.

Would never consider making a reservation at this hotel again. Lots of better options near by.

The hotel was very nice! Very comfortable. Staff was very nice.

No complaints. Hotel and the stay was great. Client was happy after a hard day working. Was a relief knowing he was going to by staying at such a nice hotel when he got off work.

It was a great stay, very convenient to my conference. I was on the club floor, so breakfast was served in the common area by the elevators. Staff were really kind, and took pride in their facility.

Love that hotel. However, the staff messed up when she checked us in and called our room twice after we had already gone to sleep. Also, there was a small.dog.in the room.next to us that barked all night. Then that morning the cleaning lady pounded on our door yelling cleaning lady (not those exact words but I can remember ) Anyway, she also woke us up and we clearly had the do not disturb sign on. Kind of aggravating since we stayed there because we were so exhausted we didn't want to drive home and then our sleep was interrupted. I would stay there again because it's a neat hotel but I hope for more peace next time

Hotel was nice, good location for where I needed to be (Midwest City) and still close to Bricktown. I was expecting a little more from the room but it was fine.

Good a/c and ok bar. Little to far from downtown breakfast was good but cost was high

The hotel lobby looked very nice. The staff was very nice. However, I found the room a little ran down. The desk chair's cover was coming off the chair. It did not look like the floor had been vacuumed. Lastly, there was not a backing on the TV remote. When you tried to use the remote, you had to hold the batteries in place. I had two little kids with me so I was chasing batteries all evening. Overall, it was okay.

Staff and room was great no complaints would stay there again..

The hotel was beautiful from outside and inside. However, the rooms and the bathrooms were old. We expected way better, there was no fridge and bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not what we expected at all, it had mold and broken tile. We wont be going back to this hotel again.

Travelling cross country and this was just off the freeway, walmart across street and lots of parking space even for truck w car carrier. Staff was excellent and so were facilities. They had washer dryer n microwave in the ice machine room. No fridge in room, but it's ok. Would recommend this hotel..

Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking your time to review our property. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. While we are a pet friendly hotel and are happy to have your fur babies stay with us a few staff members are afraid of dogs. We have shared your experience with them to help and appreciate your feedback. Thank you again and I hope you have a fantastic day!

Anonymous, Thank you for the kind words about our hotel and staff. I am glad your four legged friend had a good time. Sorry about the bathroom doors. I know when we make some changes in the future that will be a point of discussion.
