This four-bedroom holiday home is the perfect base for days on the lake with access to your own jetty, or simply relaxing in the sun!

Lakeside Villa is set up for casual vacations, with an open plan living area downstairs that easily flows out on to decking with views over the gardens to the water.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 at Lakeside Villa are situated downstairs and are each fitted with a queen sized bed. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bed and includes deck access with views to the lake. Bedroom 4 is also upstairs and has 2 single beds - room for the whole family!

Enjoy laidback days on the lake, or head to Rotorua for adventurous activities and sightseeing, just a 20-minute drive away.

Good location on lake, could do with upgrades

We liked the location of the house and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. Would be lovely in summer. Lots of firewood but definitely needs extra blankets for the cold..luckily we took a couple of our own just in case. Note the road to the property is narrow and windy. Needs some upgrades especially the showers.
