Your own private jetty and sheltered boat bay await just a short stroll down a bush-lined track from the house. Guests can swim, launch the kayaks kept in the boatshed, or moor up to two boats right at the lake’s edge. The jetty offers a safe and quiet spot to tie up overnight – sheltered from the main lake – a standout feature for boating and fishing enthusiasts. The property is also just a short drive from the public boat slip in Okere Falls.

Inside, enjoy a warm and inviting open-plan living and dining area that flows onto a large sun-drenched garden deck – ideal for alfresco dining or unwinding with a good book.
