Staff kind and helpful and the washer and dryer in our room was very convenient
Our one-bedroom suite with kitchen, washer and dryer was perfect for our two-day stay during a lengthy trip. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom clean and adequate. The location was perfect for access to groceries, local parks, Eat Street, and pick-up points for tours. It it not a luxury hotel - no dining options or fancy lobby - but it was great for our needs. Parking can be a challenge.
Great location to the Polynesian spa

This property is an apartment hotel. The lobby is small but very clean, modern and nice. There is a “front desk” with a manager from 8:00 am to about 7:00 pm. It is very well located in the center of the city. The room was clean and large enough easily for two people. There is a washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, silverware, dishes, dish washer, large TV and hundreds of free movies. It is totally clean and secure. The employees are very helpful and nice. I would stay again, no questions.
Wonderful stay! The front desk staff were so friendly. The guy gave us a tour of our room, which was a first on any of our hotel stays. The hotel is very modern and clean. We especially like the convenience of having in-room washer and dryer. We were a little concerned beforehand about the possibility of sulphur smell given the location of the hotel, but it turned out to not be an issue at all. There's ample free street parking at night. My only minor complaint is that the shower water can easily flood the entire bathroom, because the gradient is minimal, but it's not enough to affect our overall experience.
We really loved our stay here. The hotel staff surprised us with a little box of chocolates on the bed for our honeymoon. The room was modern and clean. It was wonderful having a washing machine in the room to do laundry at night. Parking is pretty easy to find on the street but there's a 2 hour limit. If you plan to park longer during the day, you should reserve off-street parking from the hotel so you're not constantly moving your car every couple hours. It was in a good location just a block away from the weekly night market, and a few blocks from Eat Streat.
Staff are very friendly and gives warm welcoming. Apartment is aqwupted with all you need. There is privet parking (for extra 10 nz per day).

Arrived late yet was provided first class check-in experience. Room itself was wonderfully clean, bed was a bit firm but that's more a personal thing. Was so happy we decided to extend stay, but when rooms weren't available staff was super helpful in helping us find alternate accommodations.
It started our vacation out on a high note. It was a very comfortable hotel and the staff could not have been more helpful

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was a great location and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to be.
We arrived at this hotel late at night (after midnight). The manager (owner?) who also lives onsite met us in the office. Despite the fact that we woke her up to check us in, she was extremely friendly and energetic. When we got into the room we were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the place was! Would definitely stay here again.
