Very styleish up to date. I liked it a lot. It was clean but it needs to be cleaned better for the money you spend. Also better cable service should be provided.

The customer service her was really really good personable and stood out for a quality inn. I was really impressed.

I like that the staff is always friendly and kind. Although they have breakfast and coffee, it is not of the best quality. The rooms never smell like dirty motel rooms, like so many others. They always smell like they are freshly cleaned and the beds are comfortable. The peep hole in the doors need fixed. Second time I have stayed here and the both times the peep hole was stuffed with Kleenex or TP. The coke machine never has anything in it and it takes my change. I would stay there again as it is close to everything. I come to visit my family or for work and for either it is good.

Under two occasions my room keys stopped working. Floors were dirty. The chairs had stains on them.

I have stayed here 3 times and everytime i have been happy with my room and breakfast is always good.

Nice clean hotel with modern upgrades. On the down side,the deaddolt lock would not engage the door jamb.Aux lock function,so felt somewhat secure. Great hot water!

Nice Inn, close to East Bay University and within walking distance to convenience stores

I think I got lucky by having the room above the office. It was a giant room. The lack of carpeting probably made everything louder though. I did not get to try the breakfast so I can't speak to that. The room was very clean and modern. It was a pleasure to stay there. There were more than enough outlets for everything I needed. My one gripe is that the door really needed some WD-40. I thought a cat was getting ran over every time I opened the door.

This hotel has gone down the drain. I came late in the evening and all the doors to the reception were locked, they treated guests like criminals and you have to do transactions through a window. The windows in my room were damaged and everyone could see you from the outside. When I complained to the receptionist, he told me to deal with it myself and It took me more than 20 minutes to convince him to do something about it. Besides, there was so much noise from the guests as funny looking people kept coming and going in throughout the night and the hotel staff did nothing to quiet them down. Some people sat in their car in front of my room and made noise all night, keeping me awake. What a nasty place!

Taking a nap and housekeeping banged on door twice I yelled twice that I was there, they still opened the door. I went out to a meeting and someone went in my room, The chair was moved and a bag was moved, felt a little creepy being a woman and traveling alone.

The room was really close to the road, very noise in the morning. Also, a lot of things were broken.

For some reason, parking was a challenge. Lost of big trucks. Room smells like cigarette smoke. But for my needs, it was adequate, not great.

as I was booking my hotel stay there I noticed that they had rooms available then had hot tubs inside the room once I checked in I asked if I could upgrade to a room with a hot tub the clerk was so rude and told me that I couldn't because I preorder the room via 3rd party site this was so discouraging and so upsetting I just took the room (210) and l walked out the office once I get to the room the carpet was so filthy I went to purchase slippers for from the nearby grocery store the toiletseat was disgusting in addition to buying slippers I had to buy sanitary spray and napkins I will not be returning to this inn in the future
