The room was ordinary, but reasonably fine. I will stay there again, since the daily rate was great. Just a few things I noticed that were poor. The refrigerator door didn’t close all the way. I wasn’t able to take a bath, only the shower works. The pillows were kind of flat, in need of replacement. Etc.

Terrible odor of rotten meat or something inside the mini fridge. Table had grease spots. Floor wasn’t mopped. The shower was very very low flow. It would have been faster if washed up in the sink. Only two skinny towels to dry off with. I only seen one cleaning lady, she looked overworked. Overall, I can see they are only spending the bare minimum to operate the hotel. Hard times.
Place is descent, Management is helpful and trying to do a good job

Due to your hotel on Lombard Street in San Francisco electricity in the room not working and not being able to accommodate me I had to go 40 miles away which is the Hayward it's run down neighborhoods kind of spooky
Female mgr was rude very belittling. Cleaning staff just as bad. Acusing belittling. No signs posted nonsmoking yell at customers while staff smoke in and by the rooms.
From the start i didn't feel welcomed. Sara , who was front desk, didn't even acknowledge that I was there, couldnt crack a smile to save her life and was just unprofessional throughout. Even when trying to make conversation she looked bothered, so much for hospitality. First person I interact with in the facility and I didnt go elsewhere ONLY BECAUSE my reservation was non refundable. Kudos to maintenance for keeping clean bathrooms/fridge/microwave

I didn't even stay there. This a very old-style motel with doors opening to the parking lot. It is also very rundown.
Stayed here for two nights. Had to ask front desk to replace comforter since I saw that it had huge black stain as soon as I walked into room. Lots of cigarette burns throughout room; blankets, curtains, rug, bath light switch. Rug was dirty and had to water sandals. Parking lot was redone but rooms need to be redone also.
The worst place I stayed at ever! If I didn't need the convenience of a shower I would prefer to sleep in my car. I wasn't trusted to have an ironing board and an iron in my room.
Toilet leaking, then filling 24 hours/day. Shower head dripping. Desk staff promised to fix same day, not fixed ever. Business center has printer, ink refills not serviced. Problem known and not addressed. Avoid if room noise would keep you awake at night, or if you need printing.
