Shady environment, poor facility, unkind staff, room barely acceptable.

Terrible. Took us another 2 hours to find a pet friendly place in the RAIN!

This place used to be pretty good but this time it was pretty bad. The elevator was out of order, had to climb stairs up 3 floors. Very noisy people in parking lot and in the hallways. There was someone firing up his loud truck and reving it up every 30 min most of the night! I don't think I will be staying here any more.

Had a terrible experience. Very filty room. Will never go back again.

Place is clean, a bit old and the carpet was grimy. It's ok for a clean bed to sleep on but not much else.

pay an extra 10 bucks. go somewhere else. the current influx of construction work and insane rent prices have driven this bargain hotel into lots of business, obviously no money is being reinvested, take my word for it. There's really nothing else to say why do you keep making me type more this experience was terrible and I'm glad it's over please leave me alone you stupid review page you're making this situation even worse

Dirty sheets and comforters. Inoperable tv or remote. It would not turn on/off, change channels or adjust the volume. No water pressure,Dirty sheets and bead spread, Dirty and dusty room, Short shower curtain (water spills/i slipped), Prostitution ,Toilet would keep running during the night and day and at one point it clogged up. I went to the front desk tolet them know and the clerk gave me a plunger to unclog toilet by myself.

EMS was in the main lot 2 days in a row and someone was robbed on my 3 day there if i had a chance i would have booked somewhere else. just not safe place to stay with a family

I notice the hotel has some dirty carpets in rooms. I will never stay there anymore.

Desk clerk was rude when I checked in. The hotel had a lot of people hanging out around the balcony areas. Looked more like apartments. A little shabby inside, rough towels to dry off with, horrible bar soap.

the location is really good ,but I must say the service is not very good , the breakfast is just coffee and there is no napkin for it. The room is just so so . Not very clean ,but the parking lot is really large

The room was clean, friendly staff, room smalled fresh and clean .. Overall the stay was great. Id stay again.

My stay was very relaxing. Enjoyed laying out by the pool for the weather was very nice and warm out there in hayward. I also got to try alot of different food places such as bubble crab which was so delicous over off fotthill.

I normally book hotels closer to SFO airport, but took a chance on this one because of the 3-star rating. In hindsight, it was one star too high. The room was decent, but could use a fresh coat of paint (bathroom, too). The free "continental breakfast" was a small selection of toastable breads - and my first morning, NO COFFEE. (Luckily, there was an IHOP right down the street.)

Not the greatest hotel, but it was just fine considering the price.

I really like this place I stay here every time I'm in town. But this last stay was an upset. I found 3 use condoms & a condom wrapper on side of bed. It was really disgusting. But Location & Price it great.

The hotel staff was rude. Everyone of them. Blankets on bed dirty. Floors dirty. Poor air conditioning. Pool out of service.

Everything was good. Except the carpet is dingy. But it's close to the freeway. Food places are all walking distance. Stores & gas station near by too.

STAFF FRIENDLY. Fridge and microwave in room. Clean

This place was so disgusting that I left. There were make-up stains in the bathroom, and even a small piece of graffiti. Water leaked from under the toilet. There were suspicious characters hanging around outside. As I left at 10:30 at night (un-willing to stay in this hotel) 4 police cars rushed into the parking lot to inspect some sort of crime I was glad to be gone.
