Amazing location - close to San Franciso and Oakland. This brand new condo unit is furnished with high-end modern furniture and linens. A fully-equipped kitchen allows you to cook gourmet meals. High-speed internet enables working-from-home convenience. The 4K Samsung 55" smart TV comes with all kinds of streaming services. Close to grocery stores, Target, and many restaurants, and coffee shops. There is a famous farmer's market every weekend which is just a few minutes walk...
Pets are welcomed with a fee. Shared coin-laundry room on-site.

We have a large private parking lot for our guests on our property consisting of 17 parking spots. The guest is welcome to park at any spot based on First Come and First Serve.

This place is the complete opposite of a luxury oasis. As soon as we walked in, it reeked of mold and mildew. Everything felt damp. There was mold and dirt in the corners, window and fan in the bathroom. The floors were dusty and dirty. Everything felt grimy. Then to top it off, the bed was broken. The mattress was completely sunken in on the top left corner. The place was also further from where it appears on the map when you book it and not in a nice spot. This was false advertising. While we did checkout early and get a refund for one night, we were still charged a 100 cleaning fee. Do not stay here.

I have stayed at this property and the one next door twice, and will be happy to stay here every time I visit Hayward. Clean and everything needed is provided. Thank you for the hospitality.

Wonderfully clean and stylishly decorated. Really nice kitchen supplies. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs for when the train runs by the property. Good taqueria across the street. Thank you!
