North London Vacation Packages

The service we received from the entire hotel staff was first class. My email inquires prior to our stay was always promptly addressed. Micheal (I hope I am remembering correctly) was great upon arrival and stored our luggage as we left for our London sojourn. We had a lengthy stay and our room was made everyday. The hotel is in a quiet residential area that is steps away from Swiss Cottage station and retail amenities. It’s a good sized hotel with adequate rooms sizes for a major city. It could use a fresh coat of paint as our room had a large yellowing water stain on the ceiling. Overall the service and location made this hotel a big winner.

This lovely boutique hotel exceeded expectations with a kind staff, cleanliness, excellent gym pool, & beautiful accommodations. Our room was just what the photo promised on their website. We especially appreciated the welcome gift of mini cupcakes, cherries & truffles:) The complimentary still water, snacks & drinks from the mini bar which were replaced every day. Overall, we highly recommend One Aldwych for its convenient location in the heart of Covent Garden. We were able to walk to all the wonderful restaurants in SoHo & enjoy easy access to all the big attractions in the West End: musicals, Big Ben Parliament Westminster Abbey, & Trafalgar Square.

The location is fantastic—just one block from the supermarket and train station, and close to Kensington Park. I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

It is a nice boutique hotel. Our room in the basement seem to be the largest room according to the receptionist. Room is good size, have a window looking out to the street. We did not hear much noise at all. Breakfast offers hit items, and different breads and pastries, juices and all the hot coffee and hot chocolate you can drink. Location seems good, close to buses and attractions on Kensington High Street. Initial check in was a bit problematic, but she was helpful in giving us info on the oyster card to be used for both buses and the the Tube. Other staff was also very helpful. The hotel is some distance from Heathrow, so be aware of the cost of ride to the airport. We like it overall.
