We were roomed on the first floor right next to the parking lot... it was really noisy in the morning. would be nice if the hotel have some sort of noise barrier...

They gave a complementary bottle of wine when they learned it was my birthday! It made my birthday very special!

Great view and great location. Clean and quiet. Only about 7-10 minutes from the falls.

Front desk was not friendly. The hotel charges $10 for parking.

Great place. Loved it. I would stay again. Good location. Good staff. Good hotel.

The hotel was great, they upgraded us to a scenic view room with no charge

Clean hotel with a great restaurant. Close to shopping and other amenities

I've been to this hotel before with no issues but this particular stay, there was an issue with the bathroom. I had the riverview room with the walk-in shower and jacuzzi and upon entering the bathroom (door was closed), a very odorous smell originating from the floor drain near the jacuzzi was quite noticeable. Needless to say, I was simply too tired to fret about it and simply informed the front desk upon check out the next day. I have no doubt that the hotel housekeeping would've addressed this issue immediately.

I would start with perfect view from our room. We took a room against lake view and were given at 7th floor.. perfect !! it couldn't have been better. But I feel location of the hotel would have been at different place.

Stayed at the Four Points to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The staff were courteous and friendly and the amenities were nice. We enjoyed the boardwalk by the river. Stayed in one of the King Suites w/whirlpool and river view on the 3rd floor. The view would have been nice had it not been for all the air-conditioning units and exhaust vents at eye level on the 3rd floor. The drainage pipe in the bathroom in room 310 caused a bad odor to fill the entire room; had to shut bathroom door to get through the night. No other suites available to move to. On Sunday we were out all day until around 6pm and expected to find our room cleaned; however, it was not. I tried to get the best room available and was truly disappointed so, I don't think I would stay again.

Clean room, great service, excelent view. Totally recommended.

It is nice and clean hotel. Beautiful lake view! Nice and heated pool. Restaurant in hotel is okay, I wish more variety of menu won't hurt)

Very comfortable beds and linens! Great dinner value and Saturday morning buffet. Wished pricing for room could have been better though.

I entered and you could feel the level of pride and hardwork that went on in this place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made for an extremely fun vacation. Also the location from the falls and other attractions was great. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable. Also the free small beer and the buy one get one free deal on the brews was nice. The food was pretty decent also.

Although the US side appears more "depressed" in comparison to the Canada side, the Four Points by Sheraton add a nice lively scenery to the area. The building appears brand spanking new. The room was comfortable, clean, and well adorned. The attached restaurant had a nice ambiance and a good selection. The hotel also had a pool, workout area/gym, and available parking which made the stay more comfortable. Walking around the US area, I could not see any other place half-way decent compared to the Four Points. If you want to stay on the US side of Niagara Falls and drive over like me and my wife did, the Four Points by the Sheraton is best place to stay outside of the casino.

So to be clear this is not the Sheraton near niagara falls, this is the one 10 mins down the street in a shady neighborhood on a street that almost destroyed the suspension on my car. Windows and walls are paper thin! And overall the hotel seems off. But if you enjoy driving to places and don't mind paying for parking or paying to cross the canada border everyday then sure go for it! Me, I'd rather stay at the Sheraton I thought I booked and not this excuse o a hotel which only gets their patrons through deceit of their location.

Only one thing was pretty gōod -- restaurant. Excellent kooking for Reasonable price. Other than this everything was just ok, I.e not the best value for the money.

Upon arriving at the Sheraton, located directly across from the Seneca niagara casino, I was informed that my reservation was not for this location, but rather at the " new" Sheraton that was just down the road... So they said... From the promising words of beachfront views and minimal distance to the casino, I found myself trembling such words while driving through what I could best describe as a scene from Halloween or Friday the 13th.... Beachfront turned to 2 miles of VIP front row viewing of OSHA chemical factory buildings and smog... Only to be lifted to reveal what I may consider less than safe of a neighborhood... Folks this is NOT a family-friendly destination... 20 petrifying minutes through a nightmare is far from convenient nor relaxing... My last minute romantic whim turned quickly into what I would equate a resue mission consisted of.... Several apologies, accommodating customer service, etc. rescue mission FAILED

Hotel was spotless. Seemed like we were the first guests to ever use the room.

Clean- area something to be desired 4 miles down pkwy to falls- was priced well compared to others. be careful as there are some real dumpy hotel/motels in the area. Fortunately this was not one of them
