John, Joyce, and Ping were super friendly. The room was exceptional and the same goes for the breakfast The property was quaint and location was excellent.

The host was friendly and attentive.

Excellent property Joyce was wonderful so was the staff, breakfast was super...one of the best B@B ever.

Owner went out of his way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. He was also very helpful in planning our schedule while in Niagara Falls. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful home, friendly staff and great location. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations!

I got sick so we stayed home. Can I reschedule???

I was looking for a reasonable place to stay while my fiancé came for a visit. She wanted to see Niagara Falls and all its glory. This B&B was centrally located within reach of all the attractions between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the Lake. It was right on the WEGO bus route so we could park the car at the B&B and take the bus as we toured. It was about 30 minute walk to the Falls so when our bus pass was expired, we got in some exercise. The road is well lite to the B&B so no worry about what might jump out at you in the night hours as you walk back to the B&B. Heather was a nice host, very pleasant to talk, and her pancakes and eggs were very filling. Only issue was the tight parking. Problem is the SUVs can produce a tight squeeze when trying to back out of the parking. Please leave your SUVs at home. Other than parking, the B&B is very nice and highly recommended. Enjoy your holiday.

The staff was great and the breakfast too. Easy to find close and close to falls.

We were very excited to get away into this B&B given the reviews that we had read but we never expected the treatment that was received. For reasons that still remain a mystery, it would seem that Heather, the Hostess / Owner took an immediate dislike toward my persona, which she did not try to conceal (or perhaps was not able to), while on the other hand, behaving in quite an exuberant manner toward my partner, which made us both quite uncomfortable and put a damper into our weekend getaway. There is no amount of money that would ever make us want to stay there again.

We booked this B&B sight-unseen but based on the positive reviews that we found of the place from previous visitors. Unfortunately, the property is in need of some updating and despite the good location and the wonderful owner, I really can't recommend it simply because there are so many options in Niagara Falls. I will say that the price was good, and it was relatively quiet. However, the furniture had ripped upholstery; the bathroom shower was badly in need of replacement; the room had a massive window but no shade to keep out the morning sun (and the sun's heat in the afternoon); and the carpet was showing its age. The owner/operator is truly a great hostess, and we appreciated her advice and her terrific breakfasts. If some money were to be invested in the property, it would be great again and be able to win the "best" award that it did over a decade ago.
