There was roaches in the room. The floor in front of the door inside of the room has a hole and I twisted my ankle cause it’s hidden under the carpet. The stairs to go to the second floor are falling apart. The ice machine was not working. I do have to say that The A/C works great.
My room wasn’t ready at time of check-in had to come back in 30 minutes. Lamp didn’t work on the wall. Need to upgrade furniture and redo walls. Bathroom had water damage.

Besides the problem with my reservation not being able toe found, there was no problem.
The room was no frills and comfortable for a quick stay. The value was comparable to the cost, and that's what I needed.

I had an ok experience at this hotel. Just wasn't too happy with not having a microwave in the room. It was in a good location surrounded by all attractions.

We arrived at this motel to find that they had overbooked (as they apparently do regularly) and were putting people who reserved non-smoking into smoking rooms. We were fortunate to get close to what we'd reserved. When we got in the room it was small, cramped, smelly and hot. One of the beds was falling apart and wobbled all night as the occupant shifted. Both beds had old broken-down mattresses. The AC unit did not work well, mostly because the curtain was sized incorrectly and blocking the air flow. The bathroom was more or less clean, but had plenty of chipped tiles and bad wall repairs. The desk chair could only fit in the room by balancing the desk on the arms, and the fabric on the back of the chair had a rip the entire length of the back. The central location on Jefferson is relatively convienient, but that's about all I can say for it.
