Heating unit was broken during my stay. They did not bother to fix it. Also, I requested the towels and amenities be refreshed. They did not renew them.

While the room was nice and there were plenty of towels, there was only 1 shampoo and conditioner for 3 women. Also, the bathroom light is wired to a switch by the front door. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the bathroom light in the middle of the night because the main room lights were turned off.

My stay at the Courtyard was very good. The staff was courteous and helpful with check-in and snack purchases. The room was clean and very inviting. One concern, the bed was rather firm and not very kind to my lower back. Thank you.
The air wasnt working in the common areas and barely in the room. Overall clean but since everything was closed or off limits it wasnt a great experience
Rooms floor were not well cleaned. We had to change the first room (because the beddings were stained also ) but even the second one was not as clean but at least the beddings were not as stained but there were strands of hair in both rooms.
Rooms were very nice. Unfortunately only needed the room for a nights rest, and it was just right.
Stayed here in past, great location and condition/cleanliness is perfect.

I love the the hole setup it was spacious and very clean and comfortable and I would recommend to everyone looking for a great place to stay, in which I hope to return to again
