The staff was phenomenal. Very accommodating and helpful throught my stay.

Price was low and hotel was comfortable and better than many other hotels i have visited. Staff was friendly room was clean and breakfast and amenities were good definitely will revisit and book there again in the future.

The lobby was well maintained. When we got to the room it was old, and the . bathroom was very cramped. The floor of the shower felt like it was suspended in mid air; there was no flooring under the fiberglass liner, and there was a large wet spot in the rug in front of the vanity the whole week..it never dried. The main door to the unit had about a 3/4 in gap and it did not even have a deadbolt. The bed was not comfortable.

It's not the Ritz but it was nice and I would stay there again. Some of the rooms are on the second floor and there's no elevator. If you can't do the stairs, I would mention it when you book. If you need extra towels or anything, you have to go to the front desk to get it. But the pool provides you with towels, so that is nice. The room was clean. No evidence of bed bugs. My family enjoyed the pool, but there was an incident with a filter which left a mark on my husband's back. They said they would handle it. The breakfast was crowded, but they opened an extra room. There was a variety of things to eat. Overall, it was very good.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. We had a couple lamps that didn't work, staff attended to it quickly. The room was clean and the space adequate with a nice forest view. Other guests were courteous and quiet. The breakfast area was clean with plenty of choices.

Great value, clean and quiet. Will stay again when in the area.

does the job, clean, great staff, great price, what more do you want for the price

I dismissed the 2-star rating (and pictures showing outdated decor) and went by the customer reviews. I won't make that mistake again. Though it's called an "Inn and Plaza", it's a motel. And it's in need of some updating, and repairs. It appeared to at least be clean, but admittedly I didn't look too closely because I wanted to be able to sleep (despite the uncomfortable mattress). Also, the location is a little sketchy... right next door to a low-end "gentleman's club." The room was definitely overpriced... could have stayed in an Econo-Lodge or Motel 6 for less money and probably a nicer room.

Surprisingly nice motel. Hearty breakfast, nice rooms, marble sink, hot water, comfortable beds.

Not sure how this place received such great reviews. When I arrived another guest was demanding to be moved to another room because it had no electricity and he was tired waiting while staff was trying to fix. My room had the unique feature of the door being capable of opening with no room key. When it was "locked" you could simply push the door open from outside without swiping the key or turning the handle. Room was dirty, shower was wet like someone just used it and room smelled of smoke although it was designated non smoking. To top it all off this hotel is right next to a "gentlemans club" so all sorts of characters are walking back and forth between the parking lots. Not sure how that wasn't mentioned in any of the other reviews. I checked out ten minutes after arriving.

Check-in was very fast and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Arrived on a Friday for a one night stay in June. Check in was quick and was informed that due to heavy rains that the pool was closed (daughter was dissappointed). Once we got to room we were greeted by a nice sized room with comfortable beds that was clean. Only complaint was with the bathroom which had a toilet and bathtub jammed in it. However, this is a minor gripe and the overall stay was pleasant. Would stay here again.

Good experience...honest staff Left $300 in room...they called us that day!!!!

Hotel room appear to be unchanged for the past 30 years, including old-style synthetic blanket on bed that probably never gets washed. All rooms accessed from outdoors. If it were not for business from the military at this location, I doubt they could remain open.

We were visiting Military family and had hoped to find a reasonably priced, clean and safe hotel. We found all of these at Mulberry Inn! Our stay was most pleasant with a nice, clean room. Wifi was readily available and breakfast was in place for my husband. We had a late arrival and were very pleased that the Front Desk Staff were in place to greet us with a Security Guard in sight. All in all, it was a good experience and we will stay there again on our next visit to our family.

The staff were extremely nice and thorough during check in and check out. The room was clean and pleasant. The only problem was the commode must have had a leak (internal, it was not wet on the outside) because it "ran" every 30 minutes. It did not keep me up while I slept. I informed the staff the next morning and it sounded like they would get right on it. A well rounded free, hot and cold breakfast was available in the morning which was adequate for our needs. Overall a good experience and I would stay there again.

I was a bit skeptical of the good reviews since the price was so low, but thought I would try this since I was looking for low cost. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were in very good order, no odors, and very clean tidy and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. They have a weight room and cardio room, theater room, billiards room, all extra pluses that I did not expect! The hot breakfast was above and beyond the continental breakfast that I was expecting! The only thing negative was the shower curtain rod was sagging which casued the curtain to slide to the middle and allow water on the bathroom floor. I told the staff on checking out, and they seemed interested in getting it fixed right away!

Clean, nice hotel. Great value for the money, very comfortable bed and pilows. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice motel. Clean. Close to alot of attractions. Ended up doing a lot of site seeing.

Our stay was awesome! The room was very clean & the staff were very friendly! The price was very reasonable & well worth what we paid!! We will for sure be staying there when we are in that area!! :)
