DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS NASTY HOTEL

My daughter wanted to go to a hotel for her 11th birthday party to specifically for the heated pool and to be in a nice comfy room. Mainly the pool! The pool room smelled like fish and crabs super strong too, the tables and chairs in there were so dirty that we couldn’t even sit down! The water was not like pool water it was dirty and very VERY cold. The room floor was absolutely nasty, the coffee pot had black stuff all in the back of it then came morning time for breakfast the sausage wasn’t cooked fully and the milk was expired. Also the apples were not washed, super dirty. It was a complete waste of money and time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I wasn’t the only one who stayed who felt the same way I ran into 4 people who complained about the same exact thing and two of them also came for just the pool.

We checked in with an unfriendly front desk agent, which unfortunately set the tone for our stay. After settling into our room, we visited the pool and noticed a strange, pinecone-shaped object moving along the bottom. I replied to a message from the hotel to report it, but never received a response. When we returned late that night, the object was still there and no staff were available. The next morning, my husband spoke to the front desk again about the pool. They said they’d look into it, but nothing was done. That night, rain caused the ceiling in our room to leak, soaking some of our belongings. We were moved to another room, but it had its own issues—false eyelashes on the bathroom floor, melted wall plates, and hair on the towels. The continental breakfast was the only redeeming part of our stay, though it was just okay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and dismissive service made this a disappointing experience.

The property did appear to be in a safe area however that's about the only positive. Our initial room was dirty. The carpet was filthy as well as the mattress on the sleep sofa. The rug was dirty, the refrigerator did not work and for some reason there was a pedestal fan inside the room. Our room was changed and the second room was better but the idea that they would even assign someone a room in that condition was very off putting.

This property was very very very dirty. When we walked in there were people hanging out in the lobby on the couches. The parking lot had guest hanging out in it. When we asked about safety and cleanliness they assured us it was ok. When I got on the elevator you could smell drugs were in use! There were women walking around half naled. It was really loud in the hallway. We open the room door the carpet was flithy!! The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub and shower was stained with dirt. It was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I not sure if this was a hotel for prostitution and drigs but it sure felt that way. We did not stay and have tried to recieve a refund and management refused to give us anything. This is horrible and the place needs to be shut down! I knew when we drove into the parking lot that we had booked at the WRONG hotel! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

When I woke up this morning there was a huge cockroach by my bed. I took pictures and went to the front desk and they were NO help! I will be contacting the third party as well. The breakfast area was nasty as well!
