The staff was wonderful and helpful when my flight was delayed for 7hrs they really worked with me and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely come back. Thank yiu guys again I enjoyed my stay in New York for the first time

The room stunk. Smelt like someone was smoking in there. The window was left wide open and ac was on full blast so it was freezing and creepy to be in. Breakfast was a cheap ceral bar. For the money it was worth it at all.

My reservation was prepaid, had to go through paper work to prove it.

When we checked in we got to the room drop our bags after returning we got ready for bed and noticed the linen wasn’t changed from the previous guest it had an old receipt under the cover we informed the staff and we was questioned was it ours are we sure and I told the guy we just landed from Atlanta that morning and the receipt was from the day before. I was completely upset with the way we were handled never again

Room was clean and everything was close if you want to go buy stuff and take the bus

Friendly staff. However, the AC did not work and the bathtub looked like it was cracking open with stains and didn’t seem sanitized. For one night it wasn’t bad. But I wouldn’t stay there longer than that.

Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful. Accomodated my request for late check out without issue on the last morning. It's ridiculous that you have to pay for parking in the hotel lot. Absolutely insane.

It was ok ok ok ok ok ok. It was very close to everything it was OK

Dated with strange odor, checking experience was not bad. had to pay extra for checking in before 3:00PM which was not a big deal
