Location - Next door to a cemetery. It is a shocking Location, before you even get to see your hotel, you are greeted by a cemetery. Per google every attraction is about 5-10 miles from this location, however if you are taking public transportation, it is about and an hour and 25 minutes away from Times square that is if we make all your connections of public transportation. Uber around $80 avg one way. Absolutely no food options around the hotel. No access to Subway, bus service available, however you are required to walk up the hill 10 to 15 minutes to the bus stop. Breakfast- limited options and same Breakfast everyday. Room service - Terrible, complementary coffee packets were not refilled daily. I would assume they are part of daily room service. Bathrooms - Small and Dirty. Hand soap was never filled for 4 days of my stay.

I stayed here as 4 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. It was big with modern, comfortable furniture, and updated fixtures. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I loved the amenities and the free parking. There was also complementary breakfast with good hot and cold options. I would definitely stay here again. I think I made a great choice at an affordable price.

The staff was lovely, polite, and helpful. The free parking is fantastic. Our room was fine, but there is just no insulation anywhere in the building. With the windows closed, it sounds like the road in front is passing right by and every hotel door and person outside in the hall sounds like they’re in your room. I wish there was a fan option on the HVAC to just provide white noise. Other than the sounds, the room was nice, and staff was great.

Front desk staff were all awesome, friendly and very helpful. The maid staff are very clean, however, they are very talkative in the hallways, especially on the ground floor, not as bad on the 3rd floor. I occupied both. Since I go to the casino at nights and sleep daytime it's a problem for me. Maybe in their next renovation they should consider soundproofing to correct this problem.
