The kitchen has all the cooking basics, W/D in unit and also provides an outdoor patio with a grill. Truly the BEST location!
The condo is located in a historical building. The unit is two stories with an open living/kitchen area and half bath downstairs. The living area has a sleeper sofa and Smart TV. BRAND NEW BED FRAME AND MATTRESS as of (11/25/23)and full bath are located upstairs, with a Smart TV and large, private balcony. Exposed brick, hardwood floors and modern touches throughout. Kitchen basics are provided and W/D in the unit. Outdoor courtyard with a grill, fountain and seating - great for enjoying the lovely southern sunsets! Plenty of paid and free street parking around the condo.

Family visit, long weekend in NOLA
Cool mix of retro-style with modern flair is how I’d describe the property. I liked the entrance is more private than it actually appeared from the site. Hence no road traffic noise to take away from your stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Prime location, & perfect for our activities in the area. Loved that it is street level, yet private.
